been using verizon for a long while and went in for an upgrade, samanthas customer service is spectacular as well as everyone else being very welcoming.

I wouldn't even give a one star. I went and got a quote from this store and then told them I was going to att for another quote, came back to set up service and they marked my account as fraud and they would not help so we went to the Verizon store on Dinuba and they got ahold of fraud and apparently micheal and Carlos from the Mooney store marked us as fraud after proving we had a legit license . They were extremely rude people from the Verizon Mooney store . After 5 days of no service they agreed to fix it and gave us a quote at $336 a month for 3 phones. Needles to say we are att customers now, att came to our home and brought our new phones and set it all up at home without having any troubles.

This time around I got excellent service. I upgraded my phone to that iPhone 14. Max plan & now I notice they charge extra to assist with setting up the phone transfer & accessories. The more you buy, the bigger the discount. I got a Coach case that was $50-$60. Yah I know, my eyes got big at that sticker price. So Visalia didn't have the accessories I wanted so I went to the Hanford store. Customer reps there were awesome because it took a few hours to set up my phone. This experience was way way better this around, why? Well I paid an extra $30 for it and about $100 in accessories. That Discount: I was able to get a bigger & better discount, but to get that one has to make sure they have their REAL ID set up. Yep, I do -I'm all caught up in the Matrix. Turns out I'm saving more money by upgrading after letting go of my OG grandfathered data plan. Yah sometimes yah gotta let go & I did. Much happier now.Wish I could remember the name of my sales rep

I had the worst experience at this location and l was mislead and scammed by their fine print contract then l wanted a refund and got no compensation for the extra fees l was paying for their services that l didn't need or wanted . Beware of their over priced services and additional charges l paid off my IPhone 13 the following month then l closed the account and l'm using my work phone now until l find a better provider to go with

Like anyone would say, "if i can give zero stars I would" but it is what it is. Very unprofessional. That like to make promises to customers and then make up reasons why they couldn't uphold their "promise". Smh. There's just too much to say about this location. The person who greeted us said they had a "large" shipment that came in when asked if the phones I wanted were in stock in the numbers I wanted but when it came time to actually choosing phones, they suddenly didn't get the shipment and only had 4 phones left in what I had asked prior. Granted there were 4 customers ahead of me. 4 single customers wouldn't buy out their stock. I wouldn't recommend this location. It would've been a smarter choice to travel to a different location for a more satisfying experience.

I'm sorry but people shouldn't leave the store upset and waiting 4 hours to make a purchase and switch over phones . Talked to the store manager and she blamed it on wifi ! A football game is I se in less than 3 hours ! You can make a car purchase in less than 3 hours . You can make it from Fresno to Sacramento In 3 hours . 4 hours to transfer your info to another phone and not be able to do it ! These are professional sales people who have no problem making commission on a sale but yet can't resolve the issue . No wonder why this store flat out sucks . Lol at the reviews this place has 2 1/2 STARS ! Do not give this place your hard earned dollars . Peoples time should be valued ! They don't give a rats ass ! The word I'm sorry is part of their vocabulary cause that's all they know what to say ! Excuses !!!! Next step now is to have corporate go down and see the internal issues this place has ! Worthless people !

Okay so at this point someone has had to have takin my money orders that was sent 3weeks ago to this location... I have called everyday without an answer.. they have set the call system up for automatic transfer. No I'm the store is ever available to speak with a customer.. where is my money $1500 just simply walked away an never made it to my account

Beware of there "promos" I ended paying back there supposedly special promotion after talking with not just 1 nor 2 that it was fine to use it. Horrible service, unworkable wifi network and plus penalties for bringing your own phone.

They were rude I should say the one lady Ana they did not set up our phones they said they don't do that in their store I asked why other stores would she said they charge you I said I can pay she made another excuse saying oh it's because of Covid we don't touch your phones and we just send you on your way well she touched my phone had me a number and sent us on our way she was rude obnoxious not a good star as a fries in 25 years and never been treated so rudely with no help for people in a store someone should've been able to do something they suck do not go there again Anna very rude notify the manager his name is David if you have any issues and hopefully these people will get a rude awakening and hey if anybody's looking for a job go to that Verizon you can play on your phone all day and not help customers

Customers service is garbage! It has been a battle to get adequate help just to pay a bill and get billed. For whatever reason they refunded the money back to the bank more than one time which makes it late! I can't wait for the contract to finish so that I can switch providers! Would not recommend to friends or family members.
