This place deserves 0 stars.. been living at my new home for 3 months and only received mail 2 times. Still have to drive all the way to the post office to pick up mail they won’t deliver… haven’t gone for my mail for about a month and when I do go there’s no mail?? Very weird because I’ve been expecting mail.. hate this place!!

The post offices here are so horrible. If they’re not rude, displaying horrible customer service they don’t answer the phone.

Great customer service by Sarah. She has definitely done what she can in her power to help me find my package that was lost at the Red lands Ca. post office. I still have yet to get a hold of anyone over there, my package just disappeared. Sarah as long as Maria from UPS have done what they can. At this point I do feel defeated. I have tried filing a claim and it was denied do to my package being in Red lands Ca.but can't be found..

Gave them my package to send out… They didn’t provide a receipt and now package was never sent. DONT TRUST THIS PLACE. THEY WILL SCAM YOU.Lesson learned.

Don’t mail anything out from this office!!!!!!!!! My mail got lost, or never delivered and I found out after the fact from numerous people that their mail got lost in the mail as well from mailing out of this office now I’m having to call all credit companies and put my SSN on fraud alert!!!!!!!!!!

I’ve used this post office all the time to drop packages off at. The only downside is you can’t have much service inside, but I usually have my packages prepaid through PayPal and I go inside to drop them off.

Unprofessional Manger Ray needs to be retrained on how to handle the public and how USPS is a government supported monopoly and not a private business.

Manager Ray is not very intelligent on the 1St Amendment, public easements or property lines. Please hire someone with people skills who are not clueless as well.
