They were helpful until they weren’t. Once we had an issue we switched tux shops and got more stuff for a way cheaper price so we wanted to get the measurements for my brother in law who is in the military since he didn’t have much time before our wedding to get new ones. They purposely wrote down the wrong measurements. She wasn’t very nice about it but the new tux place was great and handled it very well!

I highly, highly recommend either this or the Mooney location for any formal wear needs. Chain stores like Men's Wearhouse have good stuff and good people but they do not have anywhere near the level of outstanding service this place does, plus not to mention they have a huge warehouse upstairs of everything you can think of in formal wear. John the owner is seriously one of the nicest guys ever. He always jokes around and is at his customers side for any needs they may have. And getting fitted is never an ordeal nor will you ever be bored. He is hilarious and always keeps things enjoyable and entertaining. Cannot recommend this business and either location any higher. I am honored to say they are handling the tuxedos for my upcoming wedding. Support this wonderful local business. You wont be disappointed.

I had rented a suit from Men's Warehouse, it came in and my shirt & suspenders did not fit. The problem was that the wedding is tomorrow. In a panic, I walked into Tux-N-Tails at the last minute hoping to find a bigger shirt. I can't thank the nice gentleman in there enough. He saved the day. Very accommodating, and had exactly what I needed. I will be coming here from now on. He was all about helping his customers, and not about the money. I can't recommend this place enough.

I am so so grateful for tux-n-tails! I ordered a vest for a wedding and it never arrived... so day of the wedding I'm completely panicked. Tux-n-Tails saved my a**! Came in 4 hours before the wedding and got me a vest on the spot, despite being absolutely swamped! So so grateful

Wow! What a lovely and kind operation. My son waited until the last minute to get a bow tie and the owner met me at his shop outside of business hours and took care of us 100%! Great quality and options and a giant heart for his community. Forever grateful and appreciative of the extra accommodation and sheer kindness!
