This place is fire! The one who fixed my laptop was chill, and seemed eager to help with my problem. He gave me an estimate on the time it would take to fix my laptop, and at a reasonable price. Overall, would highly recommend. Definitely in coming back if my laptop breaks again!

These guys were AWESOME! They took my old tank of a computer and turned it into what is basically a brand-new device for under estimate. They even spared me some charges for work that wasn't needed. I can not give a more ringing endorsement for this place. GO THERE if you have computer issues. Very fast and friendly service too.

I've been taking my computers to Matt for over 5 years. He's a pro. I just replaced my computer with a new one from him. He'd been nursing my old one along for quite some time, but I was ready to replace it. He was not at all pushy about a sale, he has been happy to keep my old one running. Usual turnaround time with TKC is quick. Matt is trustworthy, kind, quick - I have nothing to complain about!!!

Matt was very helpful! I took my computer in yesterday and it was ready today!As a business owner it was very stressful when your computer doesn’t work. I had my desktop quickbook installed into that computer. Payroll was due, income tax is coming up, getting W-2 out to my staffs was crucial. Matt got the job done! I highly recommend this place. Hi wanted to take a minute and thank the gentlemen over at Total Knowledge computer service. It was Friday after noon and my computer has hacked into and locked up. I am starting a new business so time is very important to me. They told me to come straight and they would evaluate my computer. They found that someone had installed a porthole to gain access to my computer without my knowledge. They took care of the issues, removed the threat and I was able to pick it up before closing.Thank guys

Sad that I have to write this review about, "Total Knowledge Computer Services". They are very friendly when you talk with them but your problem is always the same, you need a new hard drive, or your computer is two old, after replacing the hard drives on 3 of my computer. And, taking their advice, still had to find someone else to repair and get them working so I could use them, It has been a nightmare to say the least
