A great store where you can find brands like Hurley, Nike, Adidas, Vans, North Face, Levis, Nixon and many more brands. There are different styles of women's clothing, accessories, you can also find dresses, skirts, sneakers and many more. There is also a wide variety of men's clothing, pants, sweaters, caps, t-shirts, and pants. You can also find clothing for children ages 6 and up. There are also backpacks, coffee glasses. If you are looking for good quality clothing you have to come here. The personnel is very friendly.

After shopping at the mall with my daughter all day, I commented that no one,that day, had practiced good customer service. When we went into Tillys we were greeted, talked to about the day and even aided in our search. Thank you!

I had a bad experience at another local shoe place, I came into Tilly's cause the main company told me that they could fix them. Faith, Serena, and Keon literally stood up for me and called the store and also got treated with horrible customer service. Faith helped me out by putting my email in so I can know when my the size I need is in. They were so amazing. Thank you guys so much.

I had a problem with the shoes I ordered and went to the Visalia location and the team was amazing! First a sales associate named chance made sure replacement boots were set aside and then when I went in I had the best customer service experience ! Had such a fun time shopping and can’t wait to come back again ! I hope corporate or their manager sees this and appreciates what a great team they have !

I have been to Tilly's three times, and each visit I was greeted by a new salesperson. Each employee assisted me with my purchases and when the store didn't have the size, I wanted, they were glad to order it for me. I had nothing but great service from a very young group of employees who take their job seriously.

Came in to get a pair of vans, and was greeted by helpful friendly customer service. They attendant who helped us was named Faith and she helped us get a cool pair of vans that were on sale for $18! Also she engaged in awesome conversation with my son who's obsessed with superheroes. Great customer service experience ? ?

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I walked into your Visalia location on July 14th at exactly 7:55pm. As soon as I opened the door the young man near the t-shirt stand yells, "Sorry, but we're closing." It was 5 minutes till closing time and their doors were still open. I've worked in retail for over 25 years and if our doors are open, customers are welcome to enter and take care of what they need to do. I knew the store was closing soon, I just needed to buy a t-shirt for my niece which would've taken two minutes. I could not believe the horrible customer service I received. Will never go to this location again.

Website says you open at 9. Employee showed up at 9:05 said you don't open until 10. Waste of time. Went back, waited 13 minutes in line with only one person in front of me and two cashiers only to be told that since I used PayPal online, I'd only get a store credit unless I wanted to return via mail. So again, waste of time. Why they can't tell you that at the time you pay I just can't understand.

Horrible customer service. Waited in line forever just for them to send me to the back of the line when I noticed I was overcharged for one of my items. Staff is lazy and doesn't seem to want even be working.
