Hey someone who actually answers the phone on a Friday afternoon! I was in a jam and needed a mic for a radio I bought. I called three different places and these guys answered the phone.Not only did they have the mic, they even caught I had the initial wrong one. Good price, HONEST, and fast service. I got a chance to see some of the work they were doing in their shop and it looked amazing. They had one truck fired up and the sound was really good. You could tell that they really took the time to make sure their customers are satisfied, and that their work was above, and beyond what the average shop provides. I highly recommend this place as a former installer myself, this is a place I would bring my car too from Fresno.Great job guys !!!

I installed a $9500 stereo on my pontoon boat with Zams Audio .. from the first day I have problems with my stereo , turning off , speakers blown out , Tweeters we’re turning off and on … awful .. I returned to pick up boat had a Dent on back of boat .. I’ve ask him to fix it and he totally told me to go some else and Tuff luck … I’m in process of taking him to small Claims court .. I say his businesses is not Professional, very horrible service , and install was not satisfying..!! ?? 1 of 10Try looking for Bass Makanics in Dinuba.. who took a 1/2 of day to fix Zams Audio mess ..Good luck guys !!

These guys were really good. Dave is a great guy and very professional, as well as Jaime. Assessed the situation and installed the same day even though they had another project that was taking a lot of their time and stayed after hours to make sure my car was finished.

Smart, friendly, and fair prices. They treated me with courtesy, and quickly solved my broken power antenna issue.I drove through a car wash with a power antenna up, and oooops- it got bent. Lou and Dave took the initiative, and ordered a replacement antenna mast part for me.Lou replaced the power antenna efficiently and carefully. They made sure it worked! I’m so glad I didn’t go anywhere else.

Went in for an estimate on an install. They're a little pricey, but These guys are by far the most professional and knowledgeable car audio installers in Visalia. I've been to a couple different places, and the level of professional just doesn't compare. That alone is worth the extra money for an install.

Jaime did a great job installing our DVD receiver and four speakers in our Ford transit van. He carefully went over how the installation would go and showed me where things would be installed on the van. He called twice during the installation do you let me know about a couple of alterations that he needed to make and get my approval for. All in all very happy with Zamz!
