Horrible place, do not go here. They will ruin your car permanently. I took my car thru the wash and it caused my parts of my car to have permanent damage, it caused these hard water marks that can’t be removed. Now my car looks horrible. I took my car to a few different car detailers in the area and they all gave me quotes north of $1000. I went and filed an official complaint after wash the same day, have called them various times, and have not got a response back yet. I definitely plan on taking them to small claims court. So please STAY AWAY from this place to save yourself all of this trouble.

Don’t use, your car will be damaged and management/owner will not take responsibility. Time to sue them. It’s not as hard as you might think. You don’t need lawyer, you can claim up to 5k in small claims court. Just do it!

It's a good car wash. This carwash company gets you in and out quickly. They also have free vacuums that you can use to vacuum out your vehicle. They watch how long you take up one of the spots after you have gone through the car wash. I would recommend this car wash since there are multiple locations, and this car wash is what my parents and I use.

I pay a membership of 39.99 a month , every time I get my car washed I get no armor all on my tires!! I ask the staff and they just ignore me ,?poor service!

I'm paying for my monthly membership which just charged me 39.99 but I'm unable to wash my car because it says my membership was terminated. It just renewed May 22 and should be active til June 22 I've went through the car wash on 3 different occasions which they told me the issue still wasn't fixed. I've asked to speak with a manager but they aren't ever there. I asked for the name so I can try to get in contact with them but that's apparently a secret as "They can't give that information out". I've contacted guest services but I get no answers. I'm at a loss trying to understand how a company charges you for a membership you don't have access too.

I went through the wash picked the whole shebang special. My car was just smeared and still has stuff on my hood and windshield and my tires looked like they were bleeding black blood. I was disappointed i spent $20 and I had to go home and still wash my car.

Although I paid for the Ultimate Carwash, I was deeply disappointed that the wheels were only half cleaned and there was still bird poop on the side of my car. I had to rewash my car when I got home.

It's so busy Everytime I go there, can't find a parking space to vacuum my car, plus the air pressure hose is missing on a few stalls
