The business offers different pricing packages, monthly unlimited wash packages, pre-purchase specials and share cards, and their vacuums, air blowers, and dash wipes are always free. Special offers are advertised at each location. Customers generally have a good experience, with the young staff being friendly and the car wash getting vehicles in and out quickly. However, some customers have reported that the machines are getting old, and the brushes don't always remove all the grime, especially with bird poop. Additionally, one customer was disappointed that the wheels were only half cleaned, and there was still bird poop on the side of their car, even after paying for the Ultimate Carwash.
Very reasonably priced monthly passes, strong vacuums, compressed air at the vacuum stations. They do put the cars to close together on the wash line and little to no water is applied before the brushes come on.
