I’m happy with my sons hair cut but not with the service. I waited an hour for my sons haircut, which that part I expected and wasn’t mad about waiting. But what I was mad about was finally as Hillary sat us down, then she noticed her client walked in who I guess she was waiting on before us and showed up late. My son is 18 months and this was his first haircut, and he was a little wiggly and Hillary says “If he’s moving I can’t cut his hair because my scissors are very sharp” i felt like she wanted us to leave so she can work on her client she was waiting for. Her tone was rude and condescending, and as someone who used to give haircuts to dogs, you should know how to be able to handle squirmy clients. She didnt look like she was willing to try until her coworker said something to her. Anyway her attitude was just all around unwelcoming and I wish I would have had a better experience for my sons first haircut.

I checked in through the app, waited over an hour, was next in line but the lady named Tiff (has tattoos everywhere) decided to take someone that was three people behind me because he was her family. Very unprofessional, you'd think she works at Supercuts. Honestly the worst service I've received.

i had the best experience the barber there named tiffany made me feel so at home and relaxed have had a hair cut in years and she had me feeling like a brand new man i will continue to go there and will spread the word what a great place and people that work there my haircut was amazing spot on thank sports clip and tiffany

First time here. Nice place with great ambiance. I did a walk in and was taken in by Nicole. She was very pleasant and nice. She did a great job cutting my hair. Pleasantly surprised I was given the “MVP” treatment with shampoo and scalp and shoulder massage. I plan on coming back.

Do NOT recommend this place. My sister took my nephew here for a haircut and the lady was SO rude to my 8 year old nephew!! My sister walked out without a haircut for him. Off to somewhere with better customer service. ?
