Great customer service their manager and Omar were so helpful. I went on the weekends and they were really busy, but there customer service was 10 out of 10. I have three kids and I was looking for the most for my money and I definitely got it there. Great prices.

Went in to exchange some shoes after the incident I had at the Fresno store. Mercedes and her manager were super helpful and gave us super amazing customer service. Definitely recommend going back to them again.

Very good service. Went in a couple days ago to buy a couple pair of shoes, even though it was busy, still got them very quick. All the staff was so nice and helpful. Even gave me some advice on them. Good prices too.

Worst customer service ? Would only let us try on 1 shoe at a time, (the left or the right) when I asked for a manager she would not speak to me, she would only speak to my child. Finally let us try on both the left and right shoe at the same time and told me " I'll give you the benefit of doubt". Did not purchase because of that comment and left. Never going back.

Workers follow you around like if your gonna steal from them , & they check if your little bills of money are fake. Don’t know if it was just be personally but I did not like the experience
