Every time I need a receipt for a car wash 90 % of the time I must go into the store to get the receipt because the pump printer is broken. I have brought this matter to the local manager Chris, attention many times only to get her indifference to this matter with the last time telling me maybe I should go somewhere else. I do a lot of driving and use a lot of gas stations the same ones frequently. This Valero station is by far the worst managed station in my opinion.

Everything is over price. You have food for less right down the street. If you cant drive or walk half a mile down the road. Guess you have no choice. Would give it a zero. But google wont alow this. Its your money. Spend it how you like. ??

Little minimart. Safe, clean and practiced! Easy to find what you need. Lotto tickets, scratcher, gum and Oreos bought. The worker was kind. Good service and store! Recommended!

I’m giving 3 stars because the older lady with the short curly hair is always so nice and even recognizes me and my black Malibu. However when I went in not even ten minutes ago, I was purchasing alcohol and pumping gas, and the Asian woman was giving me extremely dirty looks, I’m not sure if she’s the owner/manager but I could tell the young man who looks about 18/19 working the register was nervous and even though I’m a regular customer, I know I look young and I don’t mind anyone checking my ID. I felt uncomfortable and insecure, as if I was a teenage thief about too steal a bottle.

It's a nice short distance from my house and I generally only go for a quick snack or drink. I am able to get in and out within 3 minutes and it only takes that long because I am somewhat indecisive. I don't get gas there because it is expensive. Everyone is nice and I don't feel uneasy like I do in other gas stations. If gas were cheaper then it would've been 5 stars for me.

Prices are stupid high and the cashiers completely ignore you while they finish conducting their conversations with themselves. Honestly, every time I go in there I am dumbfounded by the terrible lack of customer presence let alone customer support. Did I mention its the highest price gas in town?

Wouldn't recommend this a&w. Mf's needa know how to do their jobs better. We waited 30minutes for our food & they still forgot our sauces.

I just witnessed A&W employees spraying RAID all over the drive through window getting most droplets all over the kids by the soda fountain. Of course the employee washed her hands thoroughly afterwards because after all, it's POISON!!! A&W, do you have RAID on your MSDS? I don't think any restaurant in the state is allowed to keep poison as a consumable. Unacceptable. I've reported this to the Visalia health and environmental department. I am appalled!!!

I added a Horrible picture but an employee was spraying raid all around the inside of the building RIGHT NEXT TO THE FOOD! I couldn't believe it. Health inspector was called.

One fella at the cashier stand attempted to humiliate my hearing impaired wife. Made the girl cashiers giggle. Maybe they need to hire wiser people. Sad day. Don't engage the immature staff.

Waited a while for my food. The gal hands me the drink carrier of my drinks and the sodas spilt all over my lap because they overfilled the cups AND didn't put the lids on correctly. Finally get my food, go to eat, and there's 3 long hairs in my fries. And they weren't mine. :))))) staff is rude and the food wasn't even good. Don't recommend.

I love A&W and have had great food at this location. But today had a drive through order. Big big disappointment of fries. Soaky and no flavor!!! Hummmm how could you even put in bag when they were seriously undercooked and no seasoning! If I was inside I would of sent them back!!!
