Super clean and organized store, with nearly everything you need in one place. A lot of the staff are really kind and make you feel welcome whenever you stop in. Prices are high, if you want cheaper goods then Winco is a clearly better choice but this place is just fine.

I use to love save marts cakes for my kids birthday parties, however I will not be using their services again. They messed up my child’s birthday cake and then refused to refund it as well as excusing the person who took the order for their inaccuracy trying to make me sound crazy for not leaving my sons party and traveling 30 mins away to take the cake immediately back for a refund during his party.(If we’re being logical here if I would have done that there would have still been no way to get the cake I wanted remade that day to serve at my party that was currently taking place).It’s very unfortunate that after many years I will no longer recommend them or use their services. & that statement isn’t due to the fact that they messed up, of course mistakes happen but due to their way of handling their mess up. Very inconsiderate to their customers. Corporate also was very rude trying to make slick comments such as “ I don’t know who has a child’s party so late that our store was closed for a refund” I then stated sir my party wasn’t late however ur bakery section closes earlier and I knew there was no way I could get another cake made same day while my party was going on. He said “ya, but you could of got your refund and bought another premade one that was already there.” The fact they think this is logical for me to have to deal with due to Their mess up is ridiculous. Like I said it’s not about your mess up it’s about how you handle your mess up that matters & save Mart you proved to me you really don’t care about your customers or their families.

We ordered a cake they made my sons cake wrong and they said they couldn’t do anything about it even tho during our party my son was very unhappy about his cake corporation said ,” why didn’t you take the cake back and get a new one “ as if they can make a cake at 7 pm when there bakery closed at 6 it was the filling that was wrong and the order taker took our order wrong as well horrible service don’t come here

People really don't appreciate how good we have it with a store like Savemart, they have been here for a very long time, and I believe they have done a good job all these years, I moved to this country 20 years plus ago and I have seen some great employees here, employees that go the extra mile, far and beyond to help us customers, in all these years I never had encountered bad customer service, this location is always on top and if not, they try their best. Overall, I do recommend this Savemart.

I felt the need to write this review after reading negative reviews. We were in the area visiting my mom and one of the first things we do is go grocery shopping. Last time we were here we used Instacart but because we were here for her birthday I wanted to shop in store. I loved this store. We went through produce department first and I was impressed on how neat everything was. We were looking for a couple of things and we must have looked lost because a young man stocking produce asked if we needed help. Very nice...because sadly that doesn't happen too often. Where people ask if you need help. We moved on to the bakery. We were looking for a small cake...for three people and we saw one in the case. The young lady who was busy working on something was not too busy to help us. She gave us options and we left with a pretty little cake. She went above and beyond explaining what she could do to make sure we got the perfect cake. As we made our way through the store and yes not ever being there Im sure we had a lost look on our faces. AGAIN another young man was walking by and asked if we needed help finding something. Some people may think this is just workers doing their job I think it's workers doing their job very well. Im just angry with myself for not getting their names. They should be commended. But if we do make it back I will definitely get their names. It's people like this that make shoppers return and recommend this store to others.

CON: Prices are often higher at SM than other grocery stores. PRO: Produce is comparatively fresher and better condition than other local stores. Rarely find expired product on the shelf. Dairy products stay good until well after Best date because it is quickly placed from trucks directly into refrigeration. Store is always organized and clean. Carries more specialty diet products such as GF & DF. Fresh meats are nice quality and LOOK/TASTE fresh after cooking. One of the few grocery stores that will still pack your purchases into bags AND load them into your vehicle. This is a huge benefit for those of us with physical limitations. You don't have to ask for, and then wait for, special help because Save Mart treats ALL their customers with special courtesy.

The employees are very rude and mean. I was trying to find employees to ask if they had a water bottle for pre work-out, and i saw an employee in the alcohol spot when i ask him he said no then later 4 people came and asked me why i was here because i’m underage and i told them why and still decided to kick me out and be rude to me. The worst employees i ever meet!!!

I purchased chicken thighs on sale for buy one get one free. The chicken smelled terrible. It wasn't edible. We threw out 2 packages of thighs because we were near certain it was spoiled and Disney want to take a chance on the whole family becoming ill. We have never purchased meat from anywhere that was so off putting we couldn't eat it.
