Really disappointed in this place. I brought my daughter's car in on Wednesday August 29th to get her windshield replaced. I paid for the repair over a week ago online, and was able to find a promo code for 85.00 off the price. However, I was informed that the code was already expired and could not be used. OK, whatever. After to service was done, I was only supposed to be charged the other 85. I was charged the first online price not once, but twice!! The charges are still showing as "pending" but that does not matter. Because of this error, it zeroed out my account which I was going to use for gas and groceries. I even called the customer help line, no one helped me or even apologized. I was supposed to get a call from the manager this morning. He did not call. I even called their corporate offices and explained the situation. They were very nice, but unfortunately still could not help me. I feel at this point I should not be charged the additional 85 after all this BS. My money is still being held up in my bank account and I have yet to be credited. Very poor customer service. I will never be using safelite again.

Had to bring my telluride back in for warranty work. Supposed to recalibrate the computer. Came in 20 minutes before the appointment. Because it is more complicated to reprogram. The staff decided to do every other job in the shop before even staring on mine. Needless to say almost 3hours later I’m the last one and still waiting! They had no problem emailing my recipe 47 minutes after my appointment time!

I’ll list bullet points and post the whole story below
- Took Jeep into Safelite to fix a small crack in windshield.
- We took the Jeep into Safelite 3 times because of a whistling noise that was present each time we picked the jeep up. They were never able to replace our windshield without the whistling noise
- After taking it to Safelite the 2nd time, the wiper motor was making a very loud grinding noise. They are the only ones to mess with the wipers and it was not making this noise before we brought it to them. They told us that’s our problem and now fixing it is coming out of our pockets.
- We still haven’t received our refund for the windshield even after speaking to the manager Alex Perez several times. It’s been 3 months since they said they’d refund us, no refund as of June 2nd.
- DO NOT USE SAFELITE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE
We brought our Jeep in to Safelite in December 2023 for a small crack in the windshield. When we received the Jeep back, there was a whistling noise in the windshield. Told the manager, Alex Perez about the issue, he said to bring it back and they’ll fix it. Okay, no problem.
When we picked up the jeep the second time, the same whistling noise was present. This time, however, our wiper motor was making a very loud grinding noise. We told Alex again, and he said “there’s nothing we do to the wipers that would make it make that noise”. The wiper motor did not make this noise before we took it to Safelite. It had to be them.
They tried fixing the whistling noise again, but were unsuccessful. They told us to take it to the dealership and have them give us written proof that they were responsible for the wiper motor. Obviously there’s no way to prove they did anything to the wiper motor because there were no witnesses to how they attempted to change the windshield THREE TIMES.
We took it to the dealership who fixed the window whistling without issue. Now fixing the wiper motor is coming out of our pocket. We’ve been waiting for our refund for the windshield since MARCH 19th. I’ve been in to speak to Alex and he said we would be receiving the refund in the mail. It is June 2nd and we still haven’t received the refund.
I will NEVER use Safelite again and want to make sure I do whatever I can to warn potential customers about these crooks.

I had a terrible experience with Safelite glass repair. Their customer service was incredibly poor, with rude and unhelpful staff. So the three star doesn’t surprise me . i’m surprised it’s that high .Not only did they fail to properly address my concerns, but their follow-up was non-existent. I felt completely ignored and undervalued as a customer. Additionally, the quality of their repair work was subpar, with visible flaws and imperfections left behind. and undone .I would not recommend Safelite to anyone in need of glass repair services. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for a company that values their customers and provides quality service!

I regret trusting them and will seek alternative options in the future. Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing, and I can't recommend their services. Consumers should be aware of the risks and consider other repair options.

Would have put zero stars but google would not let me - Worst customer service - Paid - scheduled appointment 3 times - no communication when they did not show up - When calling could not speak with a rep - took 3+ hours to get a person on phone and 9 phone calls to be hung up on - Basically they took my money and will not do the service

The windshield on my Ram 1500 got cracked 2 weeks before lease is up. I needed repair quickly and at a reasonable cost. I settled on Safelite and am very pleased that I did. From the management to the technicians, everyone was friendly and professional. Their shop was clean and comfortable, I got a fair price and was out of there in just over an hour. These guys were awesome!
