Ross is a great store sometimes there can be long lines but the service is kind and shows and tells you where and how much things cost, good fitting rooms, and I bought my mom a Mother’s Day gift here. Happy Late Mother’s Day everyone.

Don’t leave your cart because they going to take it back, and when you ask them about it, they told you that the cart was abandon (left it less than 10mins) That was not the worst part yet, I asked “Have you see my clothes in this cart” She said “The clothes don’t belong to nobody, if you see it just grab it back” (without any apologize) and yes I found everything on the rack that she had with her except the shoes. Not even an apology, Speechless. The customer service and management need an update.
