I just moved and needed a couple of appliances for the new place. I went online and picked out what I wanted and scheduled a delivery for the upcoming Saturday. Easy peasy. So I thought. A few days later they call to confirm my contact info, ask for references (no idea why), and then tell me that actually, their delivery people don't work on the weekends or evenings (must be nice). I asked why the website let me schedule it, and they said it's some disconnect between corporate and the actual stores. Ok, that sucks, but I get it. I work during the week but was able to move some things for a Tuesday delivery. The person who called me says we're good to go. Monday afternoon I get a text and an email, saying they want to confirm my delivery on Wednesday. I call the store and they say that there's an all-staff meeting on Tuesday and they can't deliver then (...weird because they told me previously that all deliveries are done through a 3rd party company in Bakersfield?). That doesn't work for me, so I call and ask corporate if there's anything they can do and they say they'll look into it and call me in an hour. No call from corporate. No solution from the store. I end up just canceling it all -- too many changing details and no clear communication. I called the store and the nice gal on the phone helped get it all worked out -- I very much appreciated her help! For days after, I keep getting texts, asking me to confirm my delivery, even after I canceled everything. Sigh. Too disorganized when you're in the middle of a move. Do not recommend!

About a washer there this year in March or April and I already went out Don't understand why so hopefully they'll be able to fix it I do have a warranty The lady was trying to say that my warranty was out but I show them proof so on Tuesday they should be coming out praying that my washer will work I need my washer.

This place is never too happy to help , They aslo should have Spanish speaking workers because it's just rude to customers that need to purchase at rent A center .

Purchase a bed hella expensive for no reason and they told me it would help me with my back and now my back is even worser than what it was before I bought it the bed look like a gel bed and it's very uncomfortable and it's too high for a short person
