This is a great place to get youre homes appliances and even car tires if you can’t afford to pay for everything at once. You can schedule youre own payments either weekly or biweekly even monthly

I don’t recommend getting anything through these people!!! You tell them to come get their stuff they don’t come they will call your references and tell them your business and continue to call you and harass you. I talked to them yesterday and said sorry come pick up their stuff they denied. Instead they waited 26 hours later called me and my references. So unprofessional. Better business bureau really needs to get involved they are super unprofessional.

I’m posting another review because I have yet to get the missing part to my refrigerator! I purchased this fridge last September we’re almost coming up on a year.. they’ll call me 3 times on a Saturday to give me a “friendly” reminder that my payment is due Saturday (like I don’t know) they call me at 9am and through out the whole day. I believe I have till before they close to make my payment??? I work night shifts so I hate when they call me early but when I answer and ask about my missing part they’ll make 101 excuses to why I haven’t got it. This last excuse was due to covid they aren’t receiving anything and that includes new furniture too. They said it could take up to a year! If that’s true why do I get calls asking if I want to start a plan on something new??? I will not be purchasing anything else from this place after I pay off this fridge! I wanted to pay off this fridge early but I’m afraid if I do they’ll never give me my part to my fridge!!! Don’t go here .. try another place. Waste of time and money.

Well this place many years ago was a very good place to rent from the store manager was good at getting fixed and sending you something else until it got fixed, but he is longer there. Now the new store manager Rudy is always a great guy to talk too and do business with but I cannot speak about his other staff. I do agree with the other guy that commented about Adilene she is very rude and disrespectful and I hated dealing with. Now I’ve bought many things from this place my husband and I and we loved buying fromHere but towards the end I don’t know what happened. After I bought a bedroom set not one but two they did not Set up for you like they said they would and it was not the easiest thing too set up. Then I got table and chairs I thought it was gonna be new, by the time I got it I had scratches and dings I made one payment after the I was done returned it. I will never buy from this place again. I hate to say it but when they cannot do what they like order new parts or anything like that they literally become deaf ♂️ like they don’t even hear ? you. That’s why this pace is a Big NO for me.

I will never rent to own from this place again! What a joke! I fully paid off a couch here and thought a refrigerator would be a great idea but I was wrong! Let’s start off by saying they told me it would be $80 down but when I checked my account they took $280 I had to bring it up to them and even then it was no big deal. I don’t like how they charged my account for more than they had confirmed with me. When they delivered this fridge the delivery guy had told me a previous family had it in their possession for only “15 minutes” prior but returned it because bottom freezer wouldn’t close. Supposedly they fixed the issue but within a couple weeks I had the same issue and it took them forever to send someone to fix it just for my husband to have to fix the bolt twice after that incident! I’m paying for a hunk of junk! It’s missing pieces! I got this fridge back in September and yet to receive the missing parts due to “covid” but yet they can harass me for a missing payment? I’m sick at home with covid and they’ve showed up twice after the fact I told them they would get payment Friday (my payday) I am sick and quarantining. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE & DONT RENT TO OWN FROM HERE.

Stay away from this location the staff are terrible!! Adeleine has an attitude that needs to be checked every single time I call she has a freaking attitude I hate dealing with her the manager on the other hand is always nice and helpful but is very hard to get a hold of I call asked to speak with the manager and I get the runaround from Adaline she’s continuously told me the manager would not contact me back she’s just all in all rude I will never ever do business with this Rent-A-Center location again because of her if I could change store locations I would. unfortunately I’m stuck until this is paid off.
