I’ve been with Remedy since I got my Cpap in 2019. They have always had amazing service, I always get my cpap supplies on time. Anytime I have needed help with the machine the staff is always happy to help. I will always do business here.

This place is great. I came in to pick up some CPAP supplies and somehow I managed to damage my power supply. I was really worried because I had an important day ahead of me and needed a good night's sleep. Even though it wasn't her area of expertise, Melanie took the time to figure out the problem and replace my power supply. Every time I go to Remedy Medical I have a great experience, but this time they went above and beyond.Thank you Remedy and thank you, Melanie!

Remedy Medical is my "go to" supplier for my Bi-Pap supplies. They are always courteous and efficient. I certainly don't understand the ins and outs of Medicare, Part D, Supplemental Insurance et al. They are always on top of it and let me know the best way to proceed. My supplies are always ready for me and I simply sign and go!! Whenever I have problems they are always there to go the extra mile. A huge "thank you" to Kirk and his excellent staff!!

I have used Remedy for a number of years for my Bi-Pap supplies. They are the best and always courteous and efficient. They make the Medicare, Part D, Supplement Insurance labyrinth a breeze and offer excellent guidance for navigating it. My supplies are always ready for me simply to sign and go. Waited for a replacement for over a year for a recalled CPAP. Finally gave up on these guys. Went to Remedy, retrieved the paperwork and prescription, took the paperwork to the other place in town, and they got me a replacement within a month.

First off, I would like to address my sincere "apologies" for my previous review comments. I rushed to judgement and I thought Elizabeth and I were not being treated "fairly" After she talked to Humana, Elizabeth found out differently and so did I. The Representative from Humana explained to her that "HealthNet Transportation can provide her a 'ride' to get her batteries replaced as long as there was an "Date, Appt. and Time" that she would be able to make the Appt and get there" We have never had an issue with Remedy in the past years from 2015. So for that, I strongly apologize. There will be a Representative calling form HealthNet Trans. to "verify and confirm" the Appt. Thank you Melanie, Nick and Kirk. The staff is excellent. Great communication from the point they received the order from the doctor, letting me know the status of insurance and the final approval. Once approved they set an appointment for the next day and I received my new equipment Everything was explained to me and I have to say Remedy is the best medical supply company I have dealt with in 30 years. Thank you all so much.

I got my CPAP set up from Remedy a few years ago and continue to get supplies there. Everyone I've interacted with has been incredibly kind and helpful with any questions I've had about different masks and fittings. Highly recommend them for any medical supply needs!

Melanie is AMAZING! My dad really needed his supplies and when we got there from out of town lunch was starting and the store was closed... she helped us anyway and she was super duper nice even though we were taking away from her down time!! BEST SERVICE EVER!!! Melanie THANK YOU ♥️

I just received a new CPAP machine. The respiratory therapist was great explaining the new machine and even called a few months to see how things were going. Being a local Buisness that I could directly go to with a issue is a major plus. If you getting CPAP for the first time or replacing your old Unit I would recommend them

They seem to like wasting your time and I waited for an entire year for a cpap machine only to be told that I'd have to wait another year because they took me off the list even though I was calling at least once a month to see if they had one for me. Seems legit. Took my business elsewhere I'd suggest the same for anyone else
