I loved coming here. I bought my Persian cat here for an ultrasound and omg they don't over charge like other vets do. The Veterinarian is such a nice lady, and first asked what services I wanted and gave me an estimate before making me waste money. The only thing I didn't like is they do take extremely long to attend u, but other than that I feel like the prices are great compared to other vets. If u don't have enough money for a vet, I feel like this place is much cheaper than other places I'm glad I came here

They overcharge like crazy I brought my dog in they had me sign an estimate of almost $700 which I was willing to pay but then called me 30 minutes before pick up time to tell me they went a whole $500 over the estimate they gave me. No phone call or text to ask permission do do all those extra things that they weren’t planning on before. Obviously I paid it because I had no choice but what I wanna know is what if I wasn’t able to pay that? They don’t accept payment plans they require you to fully pay it before they let you take your dog home so what if I couldn’t pay it? Would they hold my dog hostage? Put her down? It seems like they don’t really care about animals they want money because if they cared about the animals they’d make it as easy as possible to pay these bills. Everything is taxed because they know you’ll pay it to save your dogs life.. this isn’t the first time I’ve had my wallet emptied going here. UPDATE- I was told over the phone by one of your vets that I could apply for care credit there when I came to pick up my dog. I was then told by the girls in the front that I cannot do that there and would have needed to apply before hand because it takes time to get approved so I was not able to receive care credit because of the misinformation your dr gave me. Also it’s not about the cost it’s about the fact that no one called me to ask permission to add all those extra charges before doing so. It was not life saving measures so it makes no sense that I wouldn’t get a call to confirm that they could do that which is very upsetting. If I couldn’t pay that what exactly would’ve been done about that? Because it was no fault of my own that the price was not what was expected so how could I be held liable for that when I didn’t sign anything saying my total would be over $1200 it’s ridiculous that no one consulted with me on this. I will not be bring my dogs back here.

We had to put our dog down and this place made everything completely comfortable and easy! They didn’t rush us! They were genuinely caring and very informative as well as compassionate!
I pray I don’t ever have to go through this again but if I do I will definitely use their services!
The room we were in had a homey feeling and not like a kennel feeling to take our pet.
Staff was super friendly!

Carla Rodriguez had no clue on how to treat my cat, kept saying it was feline asthma and kept giving him the bare minimum, got a second opinion and he’s already doing way better, very disappointed in the way they handled this situation.

Absolutely amazing place. Our dog had what we thought was a stroke, got us an appointment within 30 min to be seen. Very kind and helpful people I could not ask for a more professional team in such a difficult time.

Do not take your pet here, they overcharge you, judge you then decides to report you to the city if you don’t schedule your pet back to them! What goes around comes back around! Karens work there too.oh I ain’t giving you my name.
