This beautiful ring was given to me as an engagement ring, it’s perfectly designed with so many beautiful details. I love it the picture doesn’t capture all the beauty of my amazing ring. Not to mention the friendliness of the employees there, whom are so helpful. I love this high quality custom jewelry store.

I was unsure about what jeweler I wanted to trust and something told me to go in there and I was welcomed and helped wit friendly customer service Raphael and came up gave me a handshake and I explained what I wanted to do wit my watch he has so much knowledge. I had them customize a pendant for my daughter and make an attachment to my gold chain fair prices especially on Black Friday I will definitely go back for more business ??♦️? ⚜️???

I went into Raphael's Fine Jewelry on a Friday to get my mother-in-laws necklace cleaned and polished. She passed away about 16 years ago and we wanted to pass it down to her first granddaughter for her birthday. We wanted to get it done before Saturday. They showed me the work they would do first to see if that's what I wanted to get done, told me the cost, which was very affordable, then they had it ready for pick up at end of the day. All the employees and owner were very courteous and friendly. They do great cleaning and polishing work on jewelry. The shop itself is clean and all items for sale looked amazing! I would recommend this jewelry shop above all others in Visalia.

I've had three rings resized at Raphael's. Each time I was treated with kindness and courtesy. I was very satisfied with the outcome of the rings. They are very trustworthy and honest people and I was impressed with their work.

Raphael's is and outstanding jewelry store. Raphael carries beautiful high quality jewelry. He has the highest quality gem stones and can create amazing work. Raphael is a full service jeweler. In addition to selling new pieces, he provides truly amazing repair services. Hs was able to rebuild a ring that was badly worn after a half century Raphael does many repairs himself and also takes pieces to experts who perform perform repairs. As one example. I had and antique pearl necklace that needed re-stringing and additional pearls to make it longer. He matched the new pearls to the old perfectly. I also had a wrist watch that was more than 120 years old. Raphael called on a expert who returned the watch to almost new shape. Raphael is friendly and has always taken time to answer my questions .

Over the years I have worked with jewelers in Washington DC, Houston TX, Los Angeles CA. Raphael's expertise can match if not rival the jewelers I've worked with even in major cities. He is knowledgeable, wonderfully artistic, fair, and honest. Recently I needed some jewelry repairs. Raphael was very helpful. He was upfront and honest about my options. His prices are very fair especially considering the quality of his work. I will not only return here for repairs but also for designing custom pieces. I would trust him with all our jewelry, even sentimental heirloom pieces.

Raphael did a custom made wedding ring for my wife, Rosemary. I also have purchased earrings, and watches. He is unequaled in cost and service after the sale.Update!Now years later we need Rosemary’s wedding ring replayed. We’re not giving it to anyone but Raphael.

Today was my first experience at Rafael Jewelry & it was positive.I went in to have a Diamond replaced in a ring that was previously purchased from another Jeweler.*Great Personable Customer Service….Why??? *Because the Jeweler (I assume was Rafael), had shown & thoroughly explained everything that was done & also what he will do in future, to reinforce my ring.*My ring was cleaned to a Beautiful Sparkle, as I waited & conversed with the courteous & friendly Sales Woman.*I will return & highly recommend them; because finding a Reputable & Honest Jeweler these days is a treasure! ???

We went in to take a look around and we left having made new friends. Rafael has great expertise as a jeweler and can design anything you want. His wife is lovely and has great expertise herself. We highly recommend this jeweler. We plan to go to him whenever we need (or want) anything.
