Just let me start by saying, John the owner and mechanic has one of the cleanest and orderly shops around. He does good business.... John has taken care of our cars for 5 1/2 years and I have not one thing bad to say about him. He has worked on our Hyundai Elantra, Toyota Tacoma, Ford Explorer and now our Ford Escape. He is a godly man and serves people as Jesus would. He gets your vehicle done in a timely manner and if he finds something else wrong, he will text you with what the part looks like and explains why it should be fixed. That said he isn't a pushy person, he just recommends it to be fixed but always allows you to make the decision to fix it or not. I highly recommend John Ramirez to anyone out there.

This a great shop! John got me in the day after I contacted him to have new tires put on my car. He got it up right away and got to work. I was there just over an hour. Will definitely be back when I need anything done. He also made sure to go over all of the options and prices with me to make sure I got what worked for me. Thanks John!

Slow, unreliable, adds extra charges, seems to not have much experience on vehicles or is just trying to add more to the bill. Said they can knock it out in a day, took two and kept it for the weekend because he couldn't wait 5 minutes while I was on the way. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

I received stellar service from Ramirez Quality Services. The gentleman who assisted was John. There was great communication and explanation along with photos to show repairs needed along with optional service plans. Auto repairs can be expensive so I was provided alternative payment plans I qualified for as well. I left knowing my repairs and cost was from an integral place and my car is running smooth as ever. I will definitely recommend them to everyone.My car: The “Black Pearl” thanks you too!

All of the reviews that came from one social media post, are not honest reviews!!
I would urge those of you coming here to leave a bad review to reconsider. The gentleman that made the post was obviously upset that he was having to pay more than HE thought fair, but as ANY small business owner can tell you cost that are passed onto the consumer/ costumer is not for the lining of their pockets but to pay all of the overhead cost that it takes to keep the doors open and the lights on. Also remember as the costumer you are paying for knowledge and expertise that YOU do not have. His price is his price.
I will also add, that all these negative reviews are seeds you are sowing
( karma) especially those of you who are commenting about another’s choice to spew venom and you will reap that which you sow.

Paisas did very badly in charging all that $420 for what??? If they didn't do anything to the car... get ready guys! They are making the Latin community look bad... that angered many, what they did is NOT WELL, get your act together... now you are going to receive many NEGATIVE reviews... now it is more difficult to do those things because everything is on the internet ...many of us are upset about this.
