Called the salon to inquire about nail services. I was told they only had one person, an independent contractor, doing nails. That if I left my information this person would call me back and give me the information I am requesting. That phone call I made was last Wednesday. I called a second time Thursday afternoon and I was given the reason this person was very busy but will definitely give my info to said person and that to give this person until Monday to give me a call back. I called again today to let the front desk know that I still haven't gotten a call back. I was given a different excuse. That this person does other duties around the shop aside from her existing clients. I guess this person doesn't want a new business as she never made time to call me back. I'm moving on to someone that's eager to get new business to add to their existing clients.

Requested an appointment on July 26 for a wash, cut and dry. Finally got an email on August 1. Got a text to set a time on August 2, for the 3rd at 1230. On the 3rd I get a text saying she's running late and pushed my appointment back 30 minutes. Fine. Then I get get and wait 10 minutes to sit down on a chair. Then get told she was only told wash and dry abs she doesn't have time for a cut. Waste of my time. They are overbooked and unapologetic.

Scheduled an appointment. Called going to be 5 min late the stylist took an additional 20 min break. Says she can't do full highlights under 3 hours!! Ugh. Who has that time.

Alysa is amazing , she is so talented and was very helpful with me. I had my hair done for the first time and she did a great job. She was very sweet , everyone there was very sweet and was kind to their clients. Definitely recommend coming her for any service you need.

This salon was at the lowest expectation that I had in mind, I got a recommendation from a friend, so I booked an appointment with a hairstylist and I went in and outside there was the manger smoking pot and greeting me as I walk in through the door. This place is dirty, pretty bad customer service and overall a horrible establishment.

You would think the front desk gal Jessica wouldn't be such a rude b**** considering I watched her come from around the corner smoking a pen and wreaking of marijuana, but no she was still unwelcoming and extremely unprofessional. At one point I considered this salon to be upscale, but it seems to becoming rundown. Very unfortunate

Brenda was excellent. She took the time to access my hair needs, fine hair with greying issues around my face, and recommended a thin weaving to start blending gray instead of just highlights.She cut and styled my hair just right. I had my hair cut and colored with Jessica, and she did an amazing job! I originally had my hair colored in a high end salon in Los Angeles, but they butchered my hair. I came to this salon to get my hair re-cut and colored, and my hair is now sooo soft, bouncy, and beautifully colored! I will definitely be coming back to this salon to get my hair done in a few months! Highly recommend, esp if you have curly hair and other stylists can never get your hair done perfectly!! Very happy with the service :)
