Charlie VanNest delivered my POD I noticed right away that he cared about his cargo, he carefully navigated the speed bumps in my complex, he called prior to picking up the POD to make sure we were on the same page with where the door would face, when dropped off my life in a box... He was awesome and the experience was top notch 5stars Charlie VanNest... cool name too

Charles VanNest was awesome! 209 degree heat, did not flinch! He was such a joy to work with! He is awesome, kind, professional, calling when he was dropping off, calling on pick up and reassured us Pods does everything possible to keep things safe and sound! A terrific employee who represents Pods very, very well!Pods reps on the phone amazing as well! Glad we went with Pods!

We ordered a pod that would be transported from California to North Carolina coast to coast our estimated cost was $2,200 with $511 being paid in advance to deliver the pot and we were charged for part keys and lots and received two with three days to pack it and it was then to be transported to our local storage facility in 20 minutes away pods moving and storage company in Visalia California.We scheduled our receiving day to be September the 6th. However the buyers of our home lost their loan and we discovered we still owned our property in part of us needed to go back to deal with the original real estate so we went online and we're met with a 303 error message and could not get through so went through a representative process to verify our pod have not yet shipped to North Carolina and we were given confirmation and a case number in a request to hold the pot being explained that the party I left because the charges have not been paid to ship it across the country which we verified with our Visa and we also canceled the long-distance payment to make sure the charge didn't go through.We made arrangements to receive the pod in California which was not easy to do and when we called to confirm our pick up address after it was emptied we were told the pod were shipped to North Carolina so we again made preparations to be there we had to literally load it into another truck to transport it back to California ourselves but part of it was going into a storage Bay that we had prepared for the pot the pod was a no-show on September the 6th with no calls no email no nothingSubsequently we were assured that the pods never left Visalia California and we can confirmed that we have been given an order number to hold it on August 28th 9 days before the plan was scheduled to be delivered on September the 6th but they assured it's the payment did not go through and that it was not shipped they would have a photo of the pod and an over the road charge neither was being shown just the delivery of the pot and the first month's rent therefore the pond was still in Visalia California.We have now been on the phone with them for 3 days and we have talked to at least 12 people the first day it's in Visalia the next assurance it's in transit the third says that it is going to be in the warehouse tomorrow in North Carolina the following when assured us because there's no over the tracking payment there's no photograph there's no tracking number the pot is in the warehouse in California it has not left it will not ship it does paid for and it is not paid for just the storage and they charge us early for the month of September which expired on the 8th and they charged us on the board because there's a three-day grace period meaning it expired on me and then they never texted us to say they weren't coming they just sent a confirmation they were going to pick up the pot on the 8th and I tried to edit that and there was no way to edit it and they have the wrong dress in other words they had it listed as being delivered to one address and being picked up at the love at another so it was a mess.It is almost 8:00 my time and I've been on the phone with them since 10:00 this morning and they cannot find our pod it is a literal nightmare I will never never never use their service again I am so sorry that I ever did I am so worried about my precious belongings that are in the pot the website never even confirmed where the divide arrived at their warehouse it says follow your pod make an appointment to see your pot and when we go online it only shows that they picked it up from our home it never shows where it went at all. In the end the plaza will charges were twice as much as we were quoted we were quoted in the end it was going to be around 28 and now it's looking like it's above 4,000 so it's really something to think about if you're going to rent a pod Plus when we did call for the original delivery they said they couldn't even get a driver for 2 weeks and they charged

They gave me.a drop off time of 7:15 am to 10:15am. I finally cancelled at 3:00pm after calling three times and being blown off. Asked the manager y give me a courtesy call to update me. No luck there either. They charged my card in one day but said it would take 7 to 10 days to process my credit.
