I am so glad Pepes is in our town. I have an 18 year old Kia which I hope will last a long time and as long as Pepes stays in business I think it will. Thay are friendly, reliable and reasonable with their prices.

I am a new customer with Pepe’s auto and air. Have brought my vehicle there twice. Prior to bringing my vehicle there for the first time I stopped by there to check the place out and along the way I met really nice people from the patty at the front desk and Tim the friendly knowledgeable mechanic. There is another mechanic there I forget his name, but he was really nice as well. They answered all my questions and allowed me to talk their head off lol. I was quick to make an appointment with them at that point. Both times that I brought my vehicle there I ran into the owner/mechanic Jeff and he seemed like a real awesome individual as well. All the customers that went in there acted like they had been friends for years meaning they were really happy and obviously regulars there . They’re really fast and honest. Long story short, I would have to say trust this business and the people there and respect them they’re awesome. Really easy people to talk to, and they will give you the time of day. If you don’t give them a shot on your vehicle, you’ll never know

I called, was told to bring my car in and less than two hours later it was fixed. I really appreciated this friendly welcome to Visalia. Thank you!

My 2006 2500 Silverado has been showing me the battery not charging light for over a year and would disappear through the day. I changed fuses, I checked the battery cables, etc.
I had read that it could be an alternator problem, but because the truck would start with no problem. I lived with it.
I finally decided to not live with it anymore. I called Pepe's to check for time availability and the owner said bring it on in. He ran a test for about 10 minutes and confirmed it was a bad alternator.
They gave me a price and had a new one in within about a total of 2 hours.
I highly recommend this place for Fast and Trustworthy service.

This is the BEST mechanic I've ever known. Jeff is an honest, hard working individual with a very trustworthy reputation! I only wish his availability was better. Sometimes he can get so busy you have to schedule with him 2 weeks out. BUT, if you can afford to wait, you will not regret it! I highly suggest Jeff as your regular mechanic!Services: Electrical repair

He is Great Mecanic fixes my Cars. He is the only person I go to when it comes to getting some repairs on my vehicles, never had an issue and he is Honest. I trust him .And the receptionist she is Very nice.

These guys are amazing! I needed a new battery and I couldn't find anyone to install it but these guys came to my rescue! I was able to buy a battery from Napa across the street and those guys recommended and even called to see if they were able to install it for me and they did!!! Took less than 15 mins to jump my car from the Napa parking lot and drive it across the street to install! The gentleman even carried my old battery over to Napa for my refund! Thank you so much helping me get back on the road! I will be back for any car needs and recommend this place to everyone!

My car's AC went out for a while and I'm new to the area so I was skeptical about going to any auto shop. Read their reviews and it's very encouraging. Brought my car in and dropped it off for diagnosing. Got a call a few hours later that the AC fixed for a very fair price. The front desk was knowledgeable and friendly. That's it - they got a new customer and I got a new home-mechanic that I can trust. Will recommend to my friends and family.

Took my vehicle to Pepe's Auto & Air for AC that wasn't working. They quoted me the estimated repair cost and within 2 hours my vehicle's AC was working like new again. I previously took the vehicle to Firestone. And they could not fix it. I took to the Tulare Ford dealership. They could not fix it. Thank you Patty for the excellent customer service.
