Came here the other day and there was an old man at the register helping a young girl and he was so rude to her. She was just asking for the guy to help her remove her windshield wipers (since weather has been very bad) and he was so rude about it and refused since it was raining outside. That’s exactly why she was in here because it’s raining and hers were bad and could not see out of her car. That experience left a really bad taste in my mouth because I have a sister and I know I would want someone to help her.

I will go to O'REILLY'S first before going to any other auto shop. I took my starter from my 2002 Toyota Camry to O'REILLY'S to get it checked out. After checking it out, it was determined to be "BAD". I am a member of O'REILLY'S and they keep a history of all of my purchases. Upon entering my "BAD" Starter, it was discovered that I purchased this starter from O'REILLY'S over 10 years ago and this starter had a Lifetime warranty. The cost of my starter was over $200, but because O'REILLY'S had kept a history of my starter purchased over 10 years ago with a Lifetime Warranty, that I had forgotten about, O'REILLY'S saved me $200+ and I received a New Starter with a Lifetime Warranty for free($0.00). And since I removed the starter myself, the cost to reinstall the new starter was $0.00.Thank You O'REILLY'S?
