“Took my car earlier to get an oil change around 1pm. First time taking it there and I own an Audi and I’ve always struggled with places accidentally flushing the transmission fluid instead of my oil due to the caps looking the same.

I asked if it could be repaired and was put on the schedule for the repair within the hour. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Nice guys all around! I have been taking my cars for their scheduled maintenance (oil change) and leave feeling comfortable with my cars bc they (today Nas) ALWAYS makes sure everything like my tire pressure, air filter, all my fluids is good to go, a couple of times they caught that I needed break pads not for them to do it just so I can be aware they never push anything extra on you.. Today Nas found the reason why my back tire kept going low it had a nail in it so he offered to plug it but if I need a patch he could recommend someone.. Good honest workers there so two thumbs up to whoever does a hiring..”

“I came to Visalia from out of town for Thanksgiving and was in need of an oil change. I was just going to go to a Valvoline but decided to try this place out since my brother in law said how great the service is. Really glad I came in today because everyone working today was all great and professional. I was in and out in no time. I’d highly recommend this place to all Visalia locals.”
