It's always a pleasure coming in and picking up supplies for work. I'm always greeted by associates and asked if I need help. The signage makes it easy to find what you are looking for even when they move stuff around for the season.

Gloria from the business service was rude. She put me on hold just to help some one else because she said this gonna take too long and didn’t get back to me after 15 minutes. She had no patience awful customers service do not recommend.

My local store (Visalia Ca) is excellent. It’s clean. It’s well stocked. They always have my toner and odd sized paper in stock. The staff is very helpful. On my last visit 3 different employees asked me if I needed help with anything or needed help finding something. I mean, it’s an office supply store, so, customer service is the only thing that is really going to set you apart from your competitors. And this Office Depot has excellent customer service.
