Fast & friendly. Very clean . I look forward to the new sale ad each week. Best produce. Best meat deals 5/$25. The employees are very helpful. I need a large turkey & the meat man went to the back & brought a couple of turkeys to choose from. They are very helpful.

Terrible customer service. Waited for over 10 minutes to get my monopoly tickets at the self check out. Need a better system. Saw me waiting n could care less. Terrible. I do not like to shop here but it's close to my home so sometimes suck it up.

The best question I could ask is what makes this particular save Mart so shitty compared to all the other ones in town and I'll tell you right now what it is it's their employees attitude. I personally will never shop in the store again I've been there too many times. I spent thousands of dollars there and they're just rude and not helpful. Why not be helpful that's your business. Never going back again.

Savemart's transfer of medications to Walgreen is a joke. I knew would be. I went to CVS and set up my prescriptions to be filled. almost 2 weeks and NO MEDICATIONS. I tried to avoid Savemart like the Black Death. I really really hate Savemart.

Had a very easy time finding everything and the new checkout bagger Christian was extremely helpful friendly and actually bagged my groceries the right way which doesn't happen a lot of stores. Thank you Christian for getting my groceries into my car even though it's miserable hot outside. With a bad back and a baby I couldn't have done it myself.

Usually good service however I was in last Sunday. Three employees standing by while we bagged our own groceries. I don't mind helping once in awhile when it's obviously busy, but if I wanted to bag my own groceries I'd go to Winco.

I was shocked at how rudely the pharmacist treated me during my most recent visit. I had to wait nearly 10 minutes before even being greeted let alone helped. I was met with several eye rolls and a nasty tone of voice when I had done absolutely nothing to deserve such treatment. I will NEVER be filling another prescription at this location again. It was a horrid experience.

One of the challenges in moving to another city is finding the establishments needed for every day living. This area of California is loaded with huge big-box, self-bag grocery stores. I prefer a proper grocery store with baggers and friendly checkers like at my Ralph's down in the LBC. I was pleased to find Save-Mart because it's about as close as I will get to a proper grocery in this town. Nicely stocked, but not overly stocked with too many random brands. Their selections lean toward the top sellers of many name brands. I was also pleased to find that Save-Mart also carries some items that I would have to get have to get from Whole Foods. The produce department is the best around, however, the meat department lacks a bit. There is a great deli and bakery section as well. The store layout is a bit strange for me and I still haven't found a way to maneuver the store without back tracking. My only critique is the prices. Save Mart is a bit on the higher side, but I guess that it's worth it to avoid the other stores in town.

I love getting my cakes from here .. they do a great job .. well for the most part .. but my only complaint here is the young Hispanic lady that works in Bakery .. every time I ask her a question or ask her to write something on my cake she looks annoyed... everyone else is awesome .. and very helpful.. Cakes are the best here ..

Clerk checking out was very friendly and gracious, bag boy was gone after I told him I didn't need a bag and didn't help with putting items in cart. Cart boy or man was very rude, when I tried to put cart at end of his column he said he couldn't take more carts, only had 10 carts had me put it in stall. What a wimp, I use to do that work and 10 carts was for lazy persons.

This supermarket is decent, nothing too special but the staff is super nice. I remember coming here my first day and I kept asking someone who works there for help and said "sorry, I just moved here so I am a bit unfamiliar" and she said "oh well welcome to our community!" which was the sweetest thing and I still remember it. prices here aren't as cheap as win-co, and they don't offer bulk food shopping. Overall, clean, easy to navigate. I would come back.

I love coming to Save Mart's! Although the overall price to pay can be expensive, the service, availability of product and ability to walk around and browse makes this the place to shop. I like how certain items can be found here opposed to other locations like "wahlburgers ground beef", it's the only place in town that I'm able to pick up this prime selection of meat. I really got to hand it to this staff when it comes to being friendly under pressure, no matter how busy it can get they stay level headed and get the job done. If I really had to choose from coming here or going to another location to get my grocery needs, i would wait it out and come here. There's really just something special about coming here that makes me "actually" look forward to leaving the house to go out and grab some groceries. The ice cream selection is great! If you're ever in need for a certain brand of Ben & Jerry's then you're in luck!

Joe at the register was rude to say the least, but he was so nice to the female associate he was flirting with. Called management and they said, "oh no, we've never heard Joe do something like that before. We'll talk to him." When I said Joe made the experience awkward and uncomfortable because Joe decided to throw a basket, which is definitely on film, his response, "I'm sorry you felt that way". I'm smart enough to know that the management was full of BS. Same old line to get me to shut up, that may work with some, but it sad that's how you choose to do business. I see why the associate had an issue, he must get it from management.
