Worst receptionist ever. I would put no stars. She’s rude every time Ive called and says I tell her stuff I havent. Either she confuses clients or she’s spying on me and getting wrong info. Illegal. Bottom line. Is not the first time this has happened. RUDE MARGARITA. got this insurance with the house purchase. They are unprofessional and regret. Definitely finding a new one.

By far, the best insurance agency I've ever worked with. In terms of navigating policies, Mr. Juan Mota is extremely knowledgeable, clear in his explanations, and managed to save me over 50 dollars a month in switching from Farmers to his agency. He always seeks what is best for you as a client and makes sure you as a client understand the policies. When a claim did come up, the response was lightning fast, and they were always in my corner every step of the way to ensure quick and complete payment. I would never go anywhere else for insurance. Highly recommend them!

Juan and Maria have always been extremely helpful to me and my family. Making changes to our policies has always been easy. If there is a problem it is taken care of quickly. They saved me over $350 a month on auto insurance with a 19 year old girl and 18 year old boy driver. They are contracted with high quality companies with a competitive rate! So far so good!!!

I have been a customer of the Mota insurance family for over 15 years. My home insurance and flood policies, as well as vehicles for all my family members are insured through them.Juan Mota, Jr. has been there to assist any time, even after hours and during holidays, such as when my wife's vehicle was hit by diver that ran a red light, Juan jumped on his vehicle and came out to the site to ensure we were fine and assisted with processing the accident report and claim.Juan is also diligent to review all our policies at least on annual basis to ensure we have the best coverage possible and suggest ways to save money in our policies when thus is an option.I have referred Mota's Insurance Agency to family members, friends and my clients and I will continue to do so because of their great customer service, good coverage rates and above all because they truly treat their customers as family.

Juan goes the extra mile in helping determine the best policy for me and my family and explaining everything in a way a layperson can fully understand. Extremely efficient and quick to respond. My insurance got canceled due to property location and they didn't even offer to try and find me new coverage. Oh well, Lafferty Insurance in Three Rivers was able to come through for me.
