I've been going to Monica for years; she does an awesome job!!! Monica is the only person I trust with my hair. I take my kids to her as well; as long as she is open, I will continue to go to her.

I have been going to Monica for hair cut/trim, color, and style for over a decade. She’s awesome in every sense. She’s given me what I asked for. Also, Monica often gives suggestions on current trends on cut and color to help me stay current (even though I go with my usual). Her price is one of the lowest around Visalia. On top of that, She’s friendly and welcoming. I’ve always felt comfortable with her. She initiates conversations to make the wait time interesting and less boring. Even when she has other clients, she makes it a point to tend to me to ensure my needs are met and that I’m comfortable. I will continue to go back to her for as long as she’ll have me.

Love Moni! Been going to her for years and I love her personality and always makes everyone one feel welcome and always talking to everyone. Love that we can always talk and distract ourselves when we go in there. She’s awesome!

My mother has been getting her hair done with Monica for 17+ years and every time her hair looks amazing! I take my mother to her hair appointments and she’s always very professional and attentive to her customers. While waiting for my mom I’ve never felt uncomfortable with any conversations, in-fact Monica is very friendly and always makes sure to make you feel welcomed even asking me how I am and how are my children. I would highly recommend Monica as her level of professionalism and hair styling is outstanding. My mother always leaves the salon with beautiful looking hair and happy to have spent a few hours catching up with Monica. When entering the salon for your appointment be prepared to have the warmest welcome and be offered coffee or water to have while you get your hair done.

A total flop of an op in every way. Level of services, equipment and supplies-- third-world. Know-it-all owner-operator made false promises, was bossy/combative, unprofessional (wasted my time while guy from ADT made repairs on her security system), spent the rest of my appointment with her friend gossiping and laughing at the top of their lungs in Spanish...then they proceeded to have loud conversations on their phones. (I had to wait through the friend's entire weave as well.) Just minutes after meeting me the owner launched into a series of personal questions that were none of her business... followed by all kinds of useless unsolicited advice (likewise personal). In what little time was left she complained bitterly about all her life woes. (Drama queen.) Still, with all her "years of experience," had no idea how to do a *simple* color touch-up, during the shampoo threw a towel reeking of ammonia on my face and told me to *keep it there,* then made me grab on to two ends of a piece of plastic for the duration--so I "wouldn't get soaked." Lol. After an hour and 40 minutes, color and style turned out disastrous. Location is decidedly ghetto.

You know how dang annoying it is, to show up and the advertised hours are not honored? A phone call to one of a few numbers on the door is all it took to discover the girl left a 1/2 hour before closing time. Thanks a lot grrrr

Great place. The owner is very courteous and pleasant. She knows what she's doing. And you'll get the color and highlights your looking for. My highlights and color where 6 months old. She gave me a total transformation. I loved it. Thank you.
