What a loser....fyi ....I think a street person or persons are intentionally messing with this stores shopping carts...today 5:30 am , and to McDonalds drive thru and counted 20-25 Target Shopping carts south of the Ross store in the parking lot all over the place. Way up by the Subway shop too. I have volunteered my time with my dog to return carts as a favor but now it appears someone is spitefully taking them and putting the carts around the lot. I will try to call the main store manager about this...I am requesting supervisor's to have cart staff go retrieve these carts south of the store the way down to Riggin....thanks for a great store ....”

Max plan & now I notice they charge extra to assist with setting up the phone transfer & accessories. The more you buy, the bigger the discount. I got a Coach case that was $50-$60. Yah I know, my eyes got big at that sticker price. So Visalia didn't have the accessories I wanted so I went to the Hanford store. Customer reps there were awesome because it took a few hours to set up my phone. This experience was way way better this around, why? Well I paid an extra $30 for it and about $100 in accessories. That Discount: I was able to get a bigger & better discount, but to get that one has to make sure they have their REAL ID set up. Yep, I do -I'm all caught up in the Matrix. Turns out I'm saving more money by upgrading after letting go of my OG grandfathered data plan. Yah sometimes yah gotta let go & I did. Much happier now.Wish I could remember the name of my sales rep”

They gave us a new box and remote and of course with our luck the remote control was defective( our tv didn’t even turn on) he went back a second time and Cory corfah was a godsend he explained to the tee how to pair it to the box and he was patient and knowledgeable he is actually the person that prevented us to switch to another company, he went above and beyond to give us his business card. We were frustrated with online service ( telephone) they never solve the problem after being put on hold for indefinite time, it was a nightmare”
