Don't use metro pcs!!!! This place is the worst company I've dealt with. MIL passed away we talked to metro to cancel her phone. They told us they need to talk to the person on the account ?. They continued to charge her even after being presented a death certificate. Now they are sending her bill into collections. Metro is garbage humans horrible company.

Horrible and rude customer service ! Selling people stuff they don’t even need or want but make it seem like that’s their only option it’s family working with family they just try and make sales

Service is terrible and rude as hell. I had already spoken to customer service over the phone and received all the information I needed to go in store to sign up as a new customer. However the front desk person told me that all the information was wrong and she talked to me like I was stupid. Long story short, I did not sign up with Metro.

Maria is great always very helpful! She is very honest as well..my Dad came in there too replace his phone but she was able to fix his issue! Thank you Marie companies need more people like you great job

They're fine but I don't recommend Metro. With them for years and suddenly couldn't acknowledge my card and took a week, 6 calls and two store trips to resolve. Mint mobile is a lot better!

I never have service takes for ever to send text for 70$ a month I should not have dropped service another thing is I have to text a 5 digit number for work and they dont allow it (42800) my wife and daughters have had metro for 5 years already switch one of them to I phone with cricket. As soon as possible we will switch all 4 phones over

DO NOT buy phones or accessories there.I was just there the lady wouldn't sale me a phone with out the accessories. The cost for the accessories are more than $70.
