Came here on a Sunday evening and I have to say I was very impressed and surprised on the great customer service. About every worker we passed by said hello and asked if we needed help. Were not used to that at all. Great job, these workers are making this location look very good and are providing amazing service.

Went here for the first time because it was closer to us than Home Depot. It very much like Home Depot except it had more variety (home decor, appliances)
Prices were very similar to Home Depot. We used the self checkout, however, service here is great too. I would definitely come back here for their nursery as it was a little bigger and had more variety than Home Depot and I would definitely be coming here for their rugs, again, more variety.
If you're not seeing what you like at Home Depot, I suggest come here for all your home Reno and home decor needs :)

always loved going to Lowe’s on Mooney in Visalia, especially the garden area
it just my personal bias opinion obviously as someone who born and raised in Visalia, I think this Lowe’s is better than another one in Northern Visalia and the Home Depot ones lol
I just picked this cute flower up today, I signed up for a free flower for Mother’s Day a month ago so I was able to get this fast and easy :)

Shot out to Jason F. @store #1611, appliance dept. This man knows his business well, we went in for a new dishwasher knowing very little, Jason had answers to all of our questions and helped us decide what would best fit our needs. Clear, concise, courteous, and professional, we couldn't ask for a better experience thank you Sir.

I'm a Lowe's pro's customer..Today I went in to this to try to get a 35 cent washer for my pressure washing machine I bought at Lowe's it was around 400 dollars.. there was something wrong with it so I brought it back they returned it.. this was late in 2022.. then today the washer appeared to be missing and I asked please could I just have another one I'm on the job working and this is the third problem.. please help.. after 40 minutes of no we can't the manager came over and said the same thing... I have spent thousands in Lowes.. I'm paying the card off and canceling it... I hope Lowe's is happy losing a great customer over a 35 cent washer... Now I didn't finish and the jobs not done.. what a terrible way to treat a licensed Contractor and a senior citizen... They should be ashamed of themselves Home Depot it is from here on out inconsiderate jerks

Updating from three to four stars on the rating. Customer service is still not where it needs to be but it has improved slightly over the last several months. It's still hard to find an employee when you need one. But employee attitudes seem to have improved.

Just go to ACE this stores employees are far too incompetent to do the job they were hired for. It’s worth paying more to not shop here. Great place to watch people stand around on their phone or gossiping about their coworkers. Idk who manages this place but it seems like it’s probably a “very safe space”.
Went back and tried you again today, again standing my previous review. 3 associates standing around while im waiting in self checkout for someone to scan a qr code for the paint. No one at self check out employee looks and fails to acknowledge the situation. Im done you guys suck I remember when this store was built and you had competent workers. It used to be a great establishment but not now. the staff removed and new hires brought in from the bottom up. And to whoever reads this the old reply from whoever at Lowe’s responds to these is gone that asked for a second chance. Again go anywhere else this is the worst excuse of a hardware store. I guess I need to complain to your corporate office to get any action
