I am happy to write this review. The truck that was worked on, is my primary business truck. Miguel and the service department came up with a plan that enabled me to have my truck down for 1 day only. They completed the repair as promised and went the extra mile to make sure that they kept their commitment.

We walked into the Service Dept today because our 2022 Ram 3500 was giving us DEF service issues. We are from out of town and we were treated like family! The guys were amazing and have scheduled a repair for us so we can drive back home. I am extremely grateful.
I would highly recommend this location. If we didn't live 3000 miles away, we'd be back.

I only went in there to have them install 2 hubcaps and a beauty ring on my 2014 Ram 3500 dually. I was not there long enough to even finish my coffee. Great customer service and very friendly. I will definitely be back for future issues.

Took my Ram 2500 mega cab in for an emissions recall appointment. Was told the process takes about 20 mins, but they were shorthanded, so anywhere from 1 hour to 1 ½ hours. 2 hours and 15 minutes later, my truck is sitting in the parking lot. Nobody told me it was done, and I had to ask. The service manager told me that for future reference, don't book an appointment on Mondays they are way to busy. Hmm, that's why people book appointments, so they have a scheduled time of repair that works around their schedule. Not the service departments schedule.

I took my truck in for recalls, ac and oil change - they discovered a much bigger problem that would have cost me $26k on a new engine. I wasn't even aware of this problem. Took care of it within a few days and my truck hasn't run this great since i bought it. Great attention to detail and customer service. Great communication.

Best Car dealer I ever went to. I love the fact that everything was done over the phone and online especially in the 115 degree heat. I didn't want to take the family out in this heat and our new friends at the dealers Mike and Isaias helped us out so much, by the time everything was approved, the car was ready for a test drive and to be finalized, papers just needed to be signed. My daughter was happy to drive off with her new car and it was well worth the sacrifice of trading my old car just for her happiness. So I would like to say THANK YOU SO MUCH to Mike and Isaias!

Absolutely the best service department I’ve ever been too. Used to work at a nearby Ram dealership and the service department was nowhere close to Lampe.
