A very good laboratory I went to do some blood tests and the registration on the screen is fast. Waited 20 minutes the staff was friendly I had no problem.

Went here for pre surgery lab work, and the experience was quick and easy. Automated check-in was set up in the waiting room, with easy to follow instructions. Roseanne called me back and it was by far the easiest and most painless blood sample I have ever given. All five stars for Roseanne and the professional efficiency that I would recommend to anyone.

This is now the third time they’ve allowed me to make an appointment and when I show up they have signs saying they’re closed for up to a week out of town. Now I have to drive out of town to have lab work done. If I didn’t have to come to this lab I wouldn’t

The lady at the front desk with the blonde hair is very rude. She obviously doesn't want to be there and has no sense of respect for the community or job she has. She's inattentive and tells everyone to check in on the screen when the lines out the door. Why not check people in to get the line down faster. And she answers questions with a snarky "sure" , it's wither yes or no sweetie. You learn how to say that when you're 2. Please give someone else the job.

Worst customer service!!! Seeing how the lady in the front treated the patients was disheartening. ( the Spanish-speaking clients) I am so disgusted by her attitude and inhumane treatment. She was so quick to say, "I don't speak Spanish," never looked up once and ignored her. This is not ok. No one should be treated this way. Lapcorp needs new employees!

The easiest LabCorp visit I’ve ever had. I visited at 2:30 on a Thursday afternoon, and was in and out in less than 5 mins. The employee running the office, Roseanne, was friendly and professional. Barely felt the needle stick. A+

They girl at the front office is so rude!There was a lady who kindly said that she had a question to the girl at the reception, and quickly the girl told the lady that she didn't speak Spanish and that she didn't understand her, saying with a bad attitude and then she ignored her instead of trying to be able to help …. then i asked the question to help the lady but the girl had a bad attitude not only with me with all the patients the whole time I was there.She was racist!

I drove all the way to this location only to find they were closed with no warning or forecast on the website, or google search. As of now, it still says they are open. If you will not be open for an entire day during the work week, please update that online because a lot of us take time out of our days, spend money on gas and make arrangements to get our labs done.

I took my Mom here for her labs to be done per her Cardiologist request. It was slightly hard to find off of Goggle Maps, but once we found the facility my overall review I liked the ease of making an appt. online, friendly staff, ease of check-in, clean office, quick & efficient. Will definitely be returning for all of my Mom's lab needs in the future & will highly recommend this facility over Quest. Read a negative review about Quest & why I took my Mom here instead. Well worth the visit & drive from Hanford to Visalia.

I just got back from grocery shopping after leaving our appointment a few hours ago for my 2year old sons bloodwork and although I'm tired ? I made it a point to write a 5 star review for this Labcorp! So let me start with both Nie and Rosanne did a Stupendous job today! I was beyond pleased at how struggle free and pain free my son's experience was today by far ?? Nie was great with my son, very friendly and Attentive. She made him so comfortable he could not stop cheesing his Big o cheesy smile at her ? I was so afraid from a prior experience with his bloodwork at another labcorp in fresno where the phlebotomist was fishing for his vein and he was in so much pain that I ended up going to valley childrens because they specialize in that for the most part but it's a drive to there from Visalia. With that being said if you are looking for a phlebotomist who is good at what they do, don't want to drive far, and don't want to traumatize your toddler or infant or child look no further! If possible request Nie cause she was truly great and Rosanne was great support with my son as well, very friendly and professional! Thanks again ladies for allowing my son to have a great experience with getting his bloodwork drawn today ?

They were great! Quick and efficient. Was in and out in less than 10 min.I just had routine labwork for my physical and this is the lab my insurance accepts. I went to the website about 7:30a and made a same day appt for 9:45a. I used their self service checkin and stayed in my car until they texted me to come in.I went in, she took my paperwork, then took me back. Super friendly ladies. Quick and painless. I would definitely recommend!
