They were absolutely fantastic with help and services. Stayed within our budget and made my wife feel very welcomed even though we were definitely not dressed for the occasion. We haven't gotten the ring yet or I'd show pictures (its being resized) but they helped my wife find the perfect replacement.

Looking for expensive , cheap jewelry for the premium price you pay this place doesn’t stand behind its products . Bought my daughter a 14k bracelet engraved with her name , and it’s brokenwith 35 days .If it were the chain ⛓️? I’d understand, but it’s the clasp and welding that’s done wrong ? . Went into day to ask about the warranty there is no standard warranty and were wanting to charge to get it fixed . I will take this to REPUTABLE jewelry shop . Never ?? getting my business again .

Went to Kevins Jewelers at the Visalia Mall to buy a necklace for my wife’s birthday gift to match a bracelet she had. I was quoted a price for the necklace, which I agreed to, and when the salesman went to ring it up, told me the price was double as they had made a mistake on the tag. I tried to get him to honor the price he quoted me to no avail. I felt like I was scammed. Won’t be back to this place!
