We really like our tax preparer Devani she is awesome. This is th e 4th year she does our taxes and we won't settle for anyone else. She has us in and out quickly. She has great customer service, always makes us feel welcomed.

I showed up for my appointment but there was nobody. I called customer service . Very confusing respond and asked to go another location. I went there. The lady told me that she had already 2 clients ahead of me . I spent over two hours going back and forth for nothing . I will not use them again .
