I have been here four times for various reasons, and each time I felt the employees did everything they could to assist me with whatever issues I had. “My husband went to the Visalia Xfinity store because our cable box/ remote went out. The first time he went he got shuffled around to 2 different workers . They gave us a new box and remote and of course with our luck the remote control was defective( our tv didn’t even turn on) he went back a second time and Cory corfah was a godsend he explained to the tee how to pair it to the box and he was patient and knowledgeable he is actually the person that prevented us to switch to another company, he went above and beyond to give us his business card. We were frustrated with online service ( telephone) they never solve the problem after being put on hold for indefinite time, it was a nightmare”
