My son passed away in 2021. I was supposed to file his taxes that year but I was unable mentally. I needed to ID myself online but that wasn't happening. So I made an appt for Oct 5th 2023I can't tell you how wonderful they were to me. I had all the documents required and it was much easier than expected.I couldn't thank them enough.They are people just trying to do their jobs. I think most people bring on their own problems. All of us have the same laws and requirements, just follow them.

One time they didn't do a walk in when I asked to but there was one person that got a walk in. That wasn't fare. I heard besides that one person I know there were others.Will they walk in again?

Took a while to locate the office. Didn't know they were closed for lunch between 12:30 and 1:30. It would be helpful if we knew that. By the time I found the office it was 1:10. So hopefully they open in 15 minutes..There is no sign anywhere or Directory when you enter to know where the office is located. Even the app doesn't tell you how to find it.

This office does not make appointments. If you call the local number it asks you to call another number or make an appointment online. When you call the other number it’s says to call the local number or make an appointment online. When you go online it says to call the local number to make an appointment. So basically there is no way to make an appointment at this office…..

I have been trying to make an appointment for literally 2 years now when I call the operator says my call isn’t important enough due to the way they prioritize there calls and when you show up in person there’s a note on there door that says appointment only and to call the number but when u call the number it says they can’t take ur call because of what u are calling for I haven’t got my taxes for the past 3 years or any stimulus checks at this point I don’t know what to do can anyone help me please!!

IRS office is Right behind the Sheriff's Department, so just go around the building to enter the IRS office. Not complicated.It was easy once you make an appointment, the clerks are very nice to people, great customer service. The clerk helped me a lot and she answered all my questions. Thanks for that good customer service again.

I have been waiting for my federal refund since March. The stated sent me refund over two months ago. When I inquire I'm told my request is being processed? I wonder how this would play out if I owed the irs money?
