If you are decided to go to H&R Block to file your taxes for the FIRST time or ANY TIME please DO NOT GO. I will save you the hassle. They charged me $406 for tax preparation and fees just to file my taxes. 0/10 do not recommend, they definitely took advantage of me. I would take my business elsewhere than do business with H&R , If I could give 0 stars I wouldn’t hesitate.

Fast, friendly and efficient. I've used h&r block every year except once and as you can see i returned to h&r block and they corrected the mistakes of the other place I went to that one time. I won't use any other place to file my taxes but h&r block from now on. Thank you for great customer service.
