Car was provided in with seats down concealing dog hair, which staff in Glendale attempted to charge me for the cleaning. Very disappointing.

We had an excellent experience at Hertz Visalia Main Street thanks to the lovely lady at the counter, Veronica. She provided outstanding customer service, recommending the perfect vehicle for our trip and ensuring our comfort and satisfaction. Her attentiveness and helpfulness made our time at Hertz truly enjoyable.We wanted to send a special shout out to Veronica. She provided exceptional customer service to every single customer. She was not only courteous and attentive but went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. From recommending the ideal vehicle for our trip to ensuring our comfort and providing all the necessary amenities, Veronica's dedication and helpfulness made our experience truly memorable. Whether assisting customers in person or over the phone, she consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism and care. We can’t thank her enough.

I’ll never rent in any other place again hertz was the best I was in and out in 15 minutes with a nice car and a great price I highly recommend Hertz for anyone who needs rental

Terrible and rude service! I don’t understand how anyone could hire such staff. She took my information, told me she’d have to check with her manager, walked out and came right back in and said he said no. There was no one there! What an absurd joke.

im not a car rental person but this time we decided to rent one because we were going to LA for one night and it was only 2, my brother and I. I have a big SUV so it made sense to rent a small gas saver. While there they offered their insurance and we had decided that we didn’t need it but my husband butted in and said to just get it and it was the a good idea because While getting into LA traffic. We got rear ended at a stop sign, it wasn’t major thank God but rear end had some minor scratches. We exchanged information with the other drivers and went on our way. Next morning when I returned the car, the transaction was very professional I explained what happened and gave them the information I had collected all while making the whole situation comfortable and clear. Im a person that if I get lended something that is not mine, I’m taking care of it like if it was and I felt bad this had happened, the staff never made me feel any sorts of guilt. If I have to rent again, definitely will choose this location again for the great experience and customer service.moral of the story get that $25 insurance they offer because you just never know.

I've had two reservations with this location months in advance. Being a Hertz Gold member also doesn't matter. Both times they had no vehicle for me forcing me to either change my scheduled vehicle for an electric car (which does not work when traveling across the state), make me take an SUV which makes my gas budget go way up, or flat out told me they have no vehicles. Making reservations at this location means nothing. They're understaffed, have no inventory to meet demand, and force you to take vehicles you didn't ask for. I feel for the lady behind the counter since she's just an employee that is just doing her best in the situation she's in and tries to work with you. I can't imagine the stress of having to tell every single person that has a reservation or that comes in for a vehicle that they have none. Hertz as a company needs to do something about this location by hiring more people and getting more cars. Don't reserve here if you're planning on being somewhere at a certain time because more than likely they won't have a vehicle for you.

If I could give less I would. Showed up for my reservation, and was informed that they didn't have a car for me. This was at 4pm. When asked for an explanation, i was told "I don't know." When I asked why I wasn't notified, Veronica casually replied "I must have skipped you, but I tried calling most of my customers." I asked if there was a reason why I was skipped Veronica, who is a grown woman, at least 65 years old looking, stated "I guess I just missed your name". Meanwhile, there was a younger man sitting at the counter with his hands behind his head and feet on the service counter. The only remotely helpful person was an older gentleman who handed me a brochure with the corporate number's phone number on it when Ms. Veronica sat there staring at a computer screen. I always heard that Hertz was trash, but with employees like Veronica, they are taking garbage service to new depths. The fact that she was hired at all, let alone allowed to be customer facing is a laughing matter. I've had better customer service from 10 year olds at my nephew's little league games. Hertz as a company is a joke, employing people like Veronica is just them laughing in our faces.

I will never ever use hertz in Visalia again....they never pick up there telephone tried several times to call them and they never picked up. I rented a car for a week...cost me 205.00 with tax needed it for an additional day was going to cost another 140.00 I said forget this and turned car in early...I'll go thru enterprise next time

Amazing Staff! I began my business with Visalia Hertz by renting a vehicle for a week. The vehicle was clean and great. When returning, I needed to rent another vehicle and did so. Front staff was great and welcoming, helping me with the second reservation. Unfortunately it didn’t work out due to some error on my end, but the staff were still great and helpful. I appreciate their time & dedication to me as a customer. Thanks again!
