Great environment, very comfortable. The service depends on the nail tech you get. This salon offers walk in service, so that’s convenient ??
sadly, every nail tech isn’t going to do a good job. My first pedicure there, was great, I never asked HIS name, my second pedicure was so disappointing, the nail tech, she asked me if I wanted her to file my nails, she asked me 3X I answered yes every time. Still did a poor job. I know my feet aren’t danty things , but I do work hard and like to enjoy the break in that chair, so EVERY client should be treated the same, not different because the nail tech chooses to not do the job (for a $49 pedi? Duh! File my nails! Filing should always be done!)
it’s okay, that was my experience, I’m aware everyone has different experiences with nail salons, but quality service is consistent and carries over from client to client. i had the worst experience here ..... ever when a woman goes to get her nails done and pamper herself, it's something that's supposed to be a relaxing beautiful thing when the person that's doing your nails is complaining nonstop the whole time you're in there and aggravated because he can't get the stuff off your nails it's very discouraging it rains your day. What was the purpose of going for that special day? I would not recommend this place if you want your experience to be happy.

I gave 2 stars because as a walk in I was seated right away. The nail tech "male" was very nice. Its the 2nd day and 2 of my nails jel polish is half way gone.

Somewhat disappointed by the professionalism of one of the employees that I went to! Not too happy with the work done on me! Looks like they might have an employee shortage!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I RECOMMEND YOU GUYS SAVING YOUR MONEY NOT WORTH IT ALL I DID MY NAILS HERE AND I WAS SO UPSET WITH THE RESULTS AND I ASK TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER TO EXPLAIN & HE WAS VERY RUDE PLEASE DONT COME TO THIS PLACE ????????????????????????????????

I'd give 0 stars if possible. All I wanted was a trim and foot scrub. The guy who did my nails was very obnoxious and did a horrible job. I'm probably going to get an ingrown now that he did such a bad job cutting them. I could've done better myself. I'll never go back

WORST FILL ANYWHERE!!
My nails still have dirt & haircolor underneath. Theres more acrylic on the sides of my fingers than on my nails! He laid old liquid into previously used powder & missed 3 of my nails with primer. I still had old nailpolish on and when I told him he needed to remove the lifted areas first he started talking to someone that understood his language and ignored me & my requests. He said 'Oh I make you happy' My nails are crooked, my nailbed is exposed & I dont have ANY acrylic on over half of my nails. He used an old previously used buffer & nail file on my nails. (Totally not allowed for Stateboard regulations) He probably didnt even have a license. ANYTIME you ask where they went to beauty college & they say 'downsouth' its a bust! If you went you KNOW the name of the school! I WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE & I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE SUBJECT THEMSELVES TO THIS HORRIBLE NAIL SALON..

Pedicure in cold water. Prices went up and service went way down. Lady was rude and tried to overcharge me then proceeded to talk about me to her coworkers.
