Went to geek squad for some audio issues I have been having with my laptop, I bought at the same Best Buy 4 years ago. David helped me and was extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He also made sure to walk me through the issue I so understood what happened and helped me feel less incompetent. Lol

Stay away from geek squads protection service! I have my samsung flip 4 fully covered with the premium insurance. I went in recently to have it repaired just to find out that Visalia isn't an authorized repair location so I would have to send out my phone for a repair. My only other option there was to replace the entire device for $200. I asked what other options I had. They proceeded to give me Fresnos Geek squad information so I called. I spoke to someone that was supposedly working at the Fresno Geek squad. She told me with my premium insurance It would be free of charge. I even made sure to ask her if it was for the entire display and not only for the screen protector replacement that the flip 4's come with. She said yes. I had to verify because I would be comming from over an hour and a half away and i didn't want to go to find out it would still be $200... I also had her verify if they had the appropriate parts to fix this issue and she said she wouldn't be able to provide that information. So I went hoping they had the parts in stock. Fast forward to the Fresno location which is a authorized repair location for Samsung. I had an appointment set which was surprisingly booked for three different customers at the same time. The worker quickly informed me that It would not be free and that there was no such thing. He let me know that just to repair the device it would still come out to $200 for just the repair. Even if I would have had it repaired, It wouldn't be completed until the next day. At this point my time had been wasted and I was misinformed. It's ridiculous that a repair cost the same as an entire phone replacement! Safe to say I would strongly not recommend anything related to Geek Squad. Very unprofessional and overpriced. Samsung charges me less for insurance on a different flip 4 and they'll have it repaired for $29. STAY AWAY unless you want to be robbed and have your time wasted.

The Visalia Beat buy has the laziest employees ever ! worst customer service provided. what is worse is that the employees don't even care , they are just buying time to get their pay check. we will never shop their again. we asked for assistance in the car Stereo department and they said we will send someone. They never came back . when we asked several other times , they just ignored us. the store was empty. I can see why ! Horribke store . zero stars selected, but this site makes you pick the minimum.

To begin with, it's disappointing that we did not receive any updates or communication from Best Buy regarding the status of our (month in advance 2/7/23) scheduled delivery. As a "valued customer", we deserve to be informed about any potential delays or issues well in advance, again, especially since we scheduled the delivery a month in advance.Furthermore, the fact that we were told that our appliances may or may not be delivered after waiting for approximately 3.5 hours within the 5hr scheduled delivery window is completely unacceptable. This is a major inconvenience for my family, especially since we already made the first payment and we're left without the necessary appliances to date.Additionally, it's concerning that we had a poor experience with Best Buy's customer service while we were on the phone two of the four representatives we spoke to disconnected the call to avoid the situation. As a customer, we should have been able to rely on their team to assist us in resolving any issues or concerns that we had, and it sounds like this was not the case.Overall, it's clear that there were several shortcomings in Best Buy's delivery and customer service processes in this situation, which left us feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I would strongly urge Best Buy to take steps to improve their communication and delivery processes, as well as their customer service, to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.I hope that Best Buy can make this right for us and restore our trust in their brand.

Purchased my washer and dryer from Tod Pulsifer. Service was amazing. He sent everything directly to me I filled out my info sent it back to Tod he gave me an amazing deal and had the washer and dryer delivered in speedy time. Best salesmen around. Thanks for such amazing service. Highly recommend him !!!! At the Best Buy on Chapman

Went to this store to specifically buy security camera items. Waiting for 30 minutes for a sales rep to even walk by the area I was in. Walked around to find a sale person to assist and found none. Only sales person I seen was too busy looking on their phone to price me waving at them! On my way out I told the security people that if they wanted to sell products to customers have sales people on the floor! The person at the door simply told me to go to Wal-Mart instead. Glad to know this company hires people that care.

5 stars all day to the nice girl who helped me this afternoon, I didn't get your name, but you helped me buy my new soundbar and for that, I'm very grateful! Also thank you to the two ladies who helped me turn in my original soundbar and gave me store credit.Now here's why I gave 2 stars.Unfortunately the associate who helped me couldn't find anything on the floor that was in my price range. The one he did suggest had to be shipped to store, but I was looking for "right now." He then suggested a "better" model, but the only thing was; it was refurbished. Now I should've just said no and walked away, but when he offered to cut down the price and get me a discount, "which he successfully did"; I was hooked! Big Mistake! NEVER GO REFURBISHED! I returned it the next day! It had decent sound but was too big for my room and the damn subwoofer kept going out! The guy at the register was super nice and helpful in returning that junkie soundbar! But then.. here we go again! My wife and I found the one I had researched before coming in and all we needed was an associate to help us. Finally a guy came by, I told him exactly the model and He scanned the tag and said, "oh, it says we're all out." I said, "How? I checked the site and it says the store has 2 left in stock. "Yeah, sorry." Is all we got from him. My wife immediately said, "let's go to Fresno then."So one phone call to the Fresno store later, we have one lined up and all I needed to do was pay for it, but unfortunately I needed to go back in to get my refund, because I just got a receipt that was going to allow me to switch the old one for a new one. Here's where my day got better! Thank you to the most AMAZING associate who helped me! She wanted to know why I was going to Fresno instead, I told her I was told they were out, she also checked the inventory and saw "they had 2 in stock", she got on her walkie and called back to the same guy who told us "we're all out." She had him go into the back warehouse and pull one down for me. I was grateful and upset at the same time! How could you lie to us like that!? We were going to take a 45min drive for something that was in town! You were just too damn lazy to go in the back and pull it down!? If I knew your name I would blast you on here! In the end, I'm grateful for the girl who helped me. Plus she made him bring it up to the front which was funny! Karma is a real B! Other than her and a few associates there, this store has some freaking lazy sales associates! Most likely you're not going to get what you want because they just don't wanna do their jobs. You're better off driving the 45min to Fresno to get what you want.

I sat for over an hour and a half waiting for them to tell me they were going to send in my AirPods to apple. After that it should have been quick but no. Idk what they were doing in that little office but after 10 min of additional waiting for them to send my AirPods in to apple I ended up knocking on the door and asking for them back so I could just leave. Apparently they weren’t doing anything with them anyways because the girl quickly leaned over and grabbed them off of what I assume was a counter. Waiting over an hour and a half during lunch time when you have two toddlers with you is less than ideal and not at all what I was expecting. They could have at least told me to look around while I wait but they had me and my kids sitting at a table while they goofed off in their office. If I could give them less than two stars I would.
