Very pleased with my experience at this dealership.
My salesperson was Megan, she went above and beyond to make sure I had a smooth experience as I was making my way up 4.5 hours to their dealership from Los Angeles.
Everything was ready by the time I got there, no funny business and she kept their word on everything she told me.
Megan was very communicative, even going out of her way to answer my questions on her days off! There were no bad surprises when I got there, and she was very attentive to any concern I had.
Overall, I had a very good experience and didn't leave with a bad taste in my mouth like the other local dealers here.
From here on out, every new bike I buy will be from this dealership. Great prices & competent sales people.

During their new building construction, the staff was very friendly and professional despite their entire system being down. Coming from Fresno, they gave me a really good quote compared to Clawson Motorsport. Definitely the people you want to talk to and buy from! Ended up walking away with a brand new 2024 Kawasaki Ninja 500 ABS the next day.

Had nothing but good experience with these guys until recently. Spent almost 2 grand to get the bike fully serviced and not even three weeks later the bike is leaking coolant and oil from the cylinder head and I have to wait two weeks for their only tech to come back from vacation to have them even look at the bike. ?

They told me not to come down to purchase the motorcycle I wanted but to wait and set up a time on a different day that worked for them. They were adamant that getting the new bike was dependent upon the service dept and THEIR schedule - period. (They just had to say show up and while they do the paperwork the initial service would be about an hour or so at the most - not hard to do). Instead they insisted on a time not at my convenience but theirs (even though I am new biz, purchasing a brand new bike and also representing a potential brand new income stream for them down the road because of it) I kept going along with this and even agreed. Then they called me back and put me off again and tried to tell me a different time where they could perform. I did not do the deal. If I am being treated like this when I am buying a new vehicle I am thinking it will likely never get any better with them for future service. I figured run don't walk to the nearest exit in this outfit. Other than that I guess they r great.

The Hubby took his 2007 zx10 in for overheating. Tech stated off tops it needed a new battery and it's the fan sensor. We okayed the sensor being ordered and replaced only to be called a week later that it wasn't the sensor and now it's the stator and they increased the price which was out of the range for us to pay right now so we said we would come get the bike and only pay for the diagnostic and battery. After being charged 15 a day for storage and no other choice We arrive to get the bike and it won't even start, noone tried to help my husband get it started so he then had to push the bike 4 miles home. When we get the bike home their are several bolts missing, gas tank is wobbling, and the plastics are not put back on properly They charged me almost 400 bucks did nothing but steal some of bolts off my hubbies bike

Called in to place an order on a battery. I was told they would have the battery in just a few days. I called back and they stated it was never ordered and couldn't order it. What poor service to be lied to by one of their employees. The parts department told me that normally I would have had to pay for it when ordered; that would have been great if the guy on the line would have said that. He even took my number and said he would call me. Good thing I called back. What a waste of 4 days.

I'm somewhat confused. The bikeis $5600 , I asked for the OTD price on it and it came to$7500. $2k added fees? $7500 for a 400cc ninja seems to be over priced to me . Any comments will be appreciated. Is this normal to tag on 2K of fees?
