Five Star Tires and Wheels vandalizes the cat feeding station the County need to hold back a rat invasion. Tulare County Code Chapter6.12.390 imposes a $50 to $200 fine for each attack on the cat feeding station or the volunteers who maintain them or the cats the County needs to fend off the rats. Cats kill the rat pups. Two rats can produce 1,000! rat pups a year. Without the cats, the rat invasion will result in rat poop everywhere, diseases, wires in vehicles chewed and an inability to control the rat population like in Stockton, NYC, Boston and most other cities without feral cat programs. Five Star Tires and Wheels have violated County Code so many times, they owe around $50,000. in fines that a Court can impose since the mercy of the police and Sheriff's Office are not appreciated by the owner and employees of Five Start Tires and Wheels. I think it is the owner's son and daughter who attack the cat feeding station and pour out the water and throw the food box over the fence. Animal cruelty is a federal offense with a five year prison sentence upon conviction. Throwing the cat food into the grasses causes the cats to lose an eye trying to eat the food mixed in with the grass seed spikes. They have been told that but they are lawless offenders.

Steve is awesome. He is very helpful and knows the business. All of the techs are knowledgeable and honest. They are helpful and don't try to over sell. They are honest. I took my truck in asking about my brakes. They easily could have told me that I needed to replace them, but they did not. Instead they checked around the vehicle and let me know that they were in good condition and I did not need to replace them yet. I have bought tires and had brake service done with them. Happy every time.

I already had tires. I Just needed them put on. I was literally out in 20 min. They were very fast and very respectable he even informed me about a few things that I didn't even notice about my car. I would definitely recommend this place.

Steve at Visalia Tire and Wheel reached out to me to speak about the situation and in the end he made things right. There was a middle person in the transaction which brought about some communication issues. He was very proffesional about it. Given that, i will consider this place in the future. I will also only deal with Steve at this point.

I brought my wife's car in for new pads and rotors. The price, warranty and service time was incredible. By far well under his competitors. The owner Jose stands by his products and if for any reasons the equipment fails as long as it's under warranty, he's got your back. Hard to believe in this day and age a business still operates under old school ethics. I will continue my business with Visalia Brakes and tires, but also highly recommend you give them a try...

Visalia Wheel and Tire was a onetime great option for tires, brakes, and oil changes. However, over the past several years their prices have risen, and their customer service has declined. I've purchased five sets of tires from them over the past many years but go elsewhere now for cheaper tires. Their oil changes have also increased substantially and they require appointments which have motivated me to do my own. I suspect that their bread and butter is agriculture and truck tires. It was good while it lasted. Use to have great customer appreciation events.

I found this business a couple years ago while looking for a full set of tires for my SUV. If you own a big vehicle you know tires can be quite expensive. I literally called all the tire shops in town and this was by far the best value for the same tires (Goodyear) that my vehicle came with off the lot. Not only was the price the best but once I got here the customer service was amazing. Every staff I've ever encountered has always been nice and knowledgeable. I have recommended this place many times. This is now my go-to place for tires. Tip: Call ahead of time to ensure they have your tires in stock. If they don't they will order them so they're here when you come.

My co-worker let me know I had a nail in my tire. Stopped by on my way home which was about 15 minutes before they closed. Turns out I had three tires that needed to be replaced. They stayed past their closing times to get my car done plus my new tires come with free tire rotation and alignment very 5000 miles!
