Customer since 2020. My insurance was canceled without any notices through mail or email. They took my last payment. Received a confirmation email about it and they still canceled my policy. Will NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE!!!! Dirty!!

If you need affordable insurance and agents who will be able to assist you without hesitation, I highly recommend you to come to this Location. I've been insured here for several years now and never had any issues. Catalina has always helped me get the best coverage and affordable rate. The customer service there is very Professional.

If you’re looking for a good insurance. Fiesta is the place for you seriously!! I totally recommend you look for agent Maria Perales. Hands down she’s the best, works with you & very professional. I was sad when i found out she wasn’t working in Fresno anymore. So i had to track her down, found out she’s working in visalia fiesta branch & had to drive to her. Seriously best person to work with. Definitely Knows her what she’s doing. Totally recommend

The lady that attended me lied to me 3 times about my policy 3 times. I had specifically asked for a certain plan but she basically did whatever she wanted and gave me whatever she saw fit. Utill I went to ask about my payment this other lady said there was other plans that were what I was looking for but the one I had wasn't for what I needed it for. Never going there again.

I’ve had this insurance over a few years and it’s great! They work with you in helping you get the lowest price possible that works for you! The only reason I did not rate 5 stars is because if you want to pay card it’s an extra $5 fee so I normally have to pull money out the bank and take it personally in to pay my bill but that’s just me being lazy!

Super friendly and welcoming people! They are very helpful. I was a few change short of my bill and they even covered it for me no questions asked! Happy to be a member here! I've had other instances like Esuarance and never received this kind of friendliness!
