Service has been declining. Been here over an hour and the man doing my pedi still can’t even finish. Didn’t even clean under my nails. Hardly even cleaned my cuticle. Looks like a 10 year old did my nails. Horrible NOT COMING BACK AGAIN.
Stylist: Horrible. Slow. Not providing service half of what I’ve got before. Looks so messy.

I am a Blackman and this place did not want to aervice me and had me waiting. I walked in and waited to be seated and then six customers came in after me and was seated and worked on while I sat in the corner. I have never felt so disrespected. In 2024 black people are are being discriminated against by foreigners.

I was a client of Vi and she did amazing both with my nails and eyebrows . Very clean establishment. I recommend this place.

This has probably been the worst experience I have had in a nail salon. I called, wanting a soak off and a gel manicure or acrylic overlay. They stated they could do that. I didn’t know that their definition of a soak off was just to continue filing the acrylic with a drill and not actually letting them soak off. She then continued to clip off the Tips, which clearly was also my real nails that I had took a while to grow. When I asked her, she stated she did cut it because they were thin. Well, if she would have soaked them off instead of trying to rush through it and just drill, everything off my real nails wouldn’t have been ruined. Then she took turns with a man who kept insisting I would get them dipped. I stated just to take them off because she had cut them. I never raised my voice, or was rude to either of them. The man started to get loud and be upset and belittle me saying that she didn’t cut it that those were my nails. They tried to gaslight me when I clearly went in there, knowing how much growth I had underneath the acrylics. I ended up leaving with no manicure or overlay since clearly they were upset over me speaking up about them being cut. When I got in the car I noticed they didn’t even take off all the acrylic. The place had plenty of people. Which clearly shows that quantity over quality is what matters there. Please think twice before going here. A real soak off is just that!! Letting my nails SOAK not ripping them off and completely damaging them.

I went to get a pedicure a couple of days ago. I was asked which pedicure I wanted. I asked to the spa plus pedicure which is $45. When I went to pay they said my total was $57. When I asked why it was so much more they said because I got gel nail polish. I never asked for gel nail polish nor was I asked if I wanted gel nail polish. I was told I need to tell them I don’t want gel polish which should be the other way around. You should ask for an upgrade like gel polish if that’s what you wish to have instead of them automatically assuming that’s what you want. I was still charged for the gel polish at the end of the day. I won’t be back here

Service was good I got acrylics the lady was nice, but I have a little glue and polish on my fingers. She didn’t get the sides fully either.

I had my nails done by Wendy and she was absolutely amazing!! She was so kind and really cared about doing a great service. I live 30 min away but the travel is well worth it. Fashion Nails And Spa II will be my go to salon now!

Great service, friendly people, awesome results. I learned to say thank you in Thai. We went on her birthday. Her nail chipped two days after and asked if she could be seen for a touch-up, and how much, they saw her for free.

It a nice place, service has declined alot since it under ownership. They do ok job. More expensive amd still expect a tip
