They did a good a good job on my 2018 Toyota Corolla my car had bad water spots all over my car from the bad fair we had a couple years ago coming from the mountains the ashes came down and then to top it off it rained so it did a number on my car and I can finally see through my windows thanks to them it was har stop see the road my car literally looks like when I first got it ??

I'm going to give 3 stars to this business only because everyone was so nice. I contacted them because of their reviews and they got my car in the same day within hours. So for $275.00+(tip) they missed the tires, rims, streaked windows, my steering wheel, engine and sticky dashboard. I was given excuses for the tires, (someone else got upset that their tires were done), the dashboard (tried EVERYTHING in their shop to no avail) then to prove the dash was soft one young man put a nail dent in it, and the manifold couldn't be done because it could crack. (Water on hot manifold). Now that last part I could comprehend, but I'm sure mine was not the ONLY Camry they have detailed and I should have been told up front, yet initially I was informed it would be done. Quite disappointed in the service. Wish like the dickens this was a different review but alas it is not!!! I was hoping to add some comments before this got out of hand. I do believe that talking to the owner would be the best way to solve the issues as the reply does not appear to have come from the owner. I would like to add that everything I asked of the two young men who were there was accomplished without mishap and pleasantly.

I Would highly recommend Excalibur's services. They did an excellent job cleaning my car and getting all the stains out of my seats. They went above and beyond and even buffed out some scratches that were on the side of my car.

Owner here is very unprofessional. And they do not do any detailing at all. They will wash part of your car at best. Charged my sister $325 for a comical job, my 10year old could have done a better job. I wish I could give no stars. I understand that things go wrong and people make mistakes and there is a way to rectify a situation but being defensive , rude and brushing it off is not professional. Do not go to this business.

My Jeep was taken in for a detail. I had a sticker on the back window which was taken off. Oops!!! Did I say to remove it??? NO!!! The front of the car still had dirt and bugs on it. That was never touched!! I open my hatch and the dirtiest part of my car was still just as filthy. What?!?! "Detail" to me means to go above and beyond to thoroughly clean the whole car. This young man that worked on my car needs a lesson on what the word Detail means. Totally disappointed... the price for what we got was messed up!'

Art is the best!! So very convenient and EXCELLENT work! I have my truck cleaned regularly by Art. He has also applied a ceramic coating and my truck's finish looks better than showroom!! Does not come any better than Art at Excalibur! Thanks Art for always making my ride shine like new!

Art and his team are true experts in the art of ceramic coating. I took my car in for a ceramic coating and the finished result exceeded my expectations. This mobile detailing does not do any "mobile" detailing...When I called to arrange an appointment, they stated they do not do any mobile service and could make an appointment to come into their shop. Update 4/28/2021 I guess the owner thinks arguing and complaining about reviews, while responding like a child will help somehow. You have mobile the title of your business and you don't do mobil detailing...
