If you're looking for a cute small local business boutique this is your place to shop! They have a wonderful selection of clothes, if I could I would have picked one of almost everything. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and there was no time during my experience that there wasn't someone available for questions or sizes. Everyone was so nice Prices vary from item to item and they have a good clearance section as well. The girl who checked me out was super sweet and wrapped my item in the most beautiful tissue paper I've ever seen. I will definitely come back when I have more time.

ATTN: Fashion Queens of the San Joaquin! Come for the sparkle and leave with your *new* favorite -Jeans And A Going Out Top- (2023 edition). They carry Seven For All Mankind and MOTHER denim and their silky blouse selection is my favorite in Visalia. It's a treat to see what I'll discover each time I visit the store. Think cowboy boots, belts, and fun pajama sets. They also carry beautiful floral prints in gorgeous shades to brighten up your wardrobe. The professional and attentive sales staff really seem to love fashion (just like me!) and the store always looks great. I love everything, down to the tissue paper.

Don't shop here if you're Hispanic, unless you wanna be followed around by the white staff the whole entire time you're there white girl with blonde hair followed us around the store like if we were trying to steal. first of all d*** b***** we could've bought the whole building if we wanted to. second, just to let you know we laughed at you trying to make it seem like you were "fixing the hangers" when they were perfectly fine. I would give 0 stars if I could

Rude. Walked in and the first thing she says is hi we close in twenty minutes just so you know. I wasn't even out of the doorway to come in. Won't come back.

I’m so happy to have discovered this boutique in town! The place looks warm and inviting. They have many great outfits and products.I have to say I am most impressed with the excellent customer service I received. The owner and the young girl working there (who was so friendly), were very helpful.Thank you SO MUCH for a great experience. Definitely recommending! ?

Such a disappointment, and poor customer service. I ordered online and have been a frequent customer in the past when i went in store to pick it up my order, the girl at the register was rude, not even a smile, or hi how can i help you. Sad because this is a cute boutique here in town, but i will not be going here or buying anything from them again.

I hardly write reviews, but I thought my experience was worth sharing. The workers here are so unfriendly. I come in with a mask (the only one in the entire store) and athleisure wear, and everyone was uncomfortably staring. The worker didn’t even bother mustering a “hello” but every customer subsequently received a warm greeting. I was not offered help even after I showed interest in purchasing shorts. Overall, the workers could clearly benefit from implicit bias and diversity training. DO BETTER.Would not come here again or recommend anyone else come here.

The clothes and boutique was super cute. Loved the decor of the store. But the reason I only gave it two stars is due to the lack of customer service. When I walked in I was not greeted and while walking around (mind you, I made eye contact with the employees multiple times) I was still not greeted. Being someone who works in customer service, I look for good service, and when it is not given I'm not about to spend my money, half of the experience is the service.

Some odd looking items for a boutique. Pricy. And items are either super dressy or super casual. I've had $200 in gift cards that I keep holding onto because i just won't spend $80 for a graphic tee shirt. Disappointing
