Office is always packed, staff complain to customers about being short staffed. Expect 30-40 minutes from arrival for drop off and pick up. Airport location is prompt, friendly and timely by comparison.

Would most definitely recommend!!! Enterprise on main in Visalia is the place to go to rent a vehicle. Rates were great, perfect timing, and customer service was awesome ? 10 outta 10! Special thanks to Jonah for your EXCELLENT customer service ?

Terrible terrible company to rent from. My daughter worked there for 15 months and it was a nightmare. I rented from time to time to visit my son and grandkids and they were nice but what they did to cut out my loyalty to them can never be replaced. I will forever look down upon Enterprise Rent A Car and never again look at them the same way I use to. Poor judgement and foul company.

I completed the online Priority Pass for nothing. I thought I was reserving a vehicle that would be waiting for me at the auto body shop because that was an option provided to me but I was wrong. When I called they said "not sure why the online priority pass offers that but you will need to shuttle back to our place from the auto body shop." So I asked if they could send a shuttle for me because I had arrived at the auto body shop and they said that they could not send a shuttle until the auto body shop called them directly. Enterprise needs to work on continuity and quality. Good thing the staff at the Enterprise office were great or that would have been the icing on the cake. Basically Enterprise, don't offer services you don't have.

This time I would say it was a bad experience. Carissa the manager was rude and irritated. My insurance requested a small car. She only had mid-size cars. She insisted on charging me for it. Then was upset I brought it back because of mechanical issues and it was filthy inside and out.Then she still did not abide by my insurance company rental policy on car size on the exchange. She charged me again. This time the car was cleaner but not very clean. Still sticky inside and out of gas.I do not care for the rude comments about my deafness. It was an inconvenience to follow the deaf protocol of eye contact and make sure I could lip read because no one could use American sign language.

Scope of Improvement1. Collection of Car - Inventory is really sub standard, even for long time renters, the inventory is extremely inept.2. Waiting Time - Service is Good but waiting time is high even though the number of employees are high.3. Personal touch - Unlike the exclusive grade of experience with Enterprise, this branch is Good but not standing upto the level of Enterprise. Walking that extra mile is missing.

my brother booked a car two weeks prior to our Thanksgiving vacation trip. The day before we get a phone call stating the eight passenger vehicle we requested was no longer available. They offered us a seven seater. If in fact, we needed a 7 seater we would have never asked for a or requested an 8 seater . we called and complained and the nice customer service rep over the phone advises that the eight seater would be available this morning. However, she did book 2 separate 5 seating SUVs in the event the 8 seater was not available. The morning of we called and we're told the eight seater was available and we were good to go when we arrived. We were told it was no longer available and we would have to proceed with the two 5 seating SUV's. At this point, we were already stressed, irritated and annoyed. My brother went ahead and took one of the SUVs while, while the rest of us drove our own vehicles. This was supposed to be a family trip where we all traveled together. Thank you enterprise for ruining that.

Worst Customer Sevice. FIRE KONG or retrain. They called threatning to pick up car if I didn't give them more money. The car was rented through my insurance. Lisa S, I called the 800 number for help. No one ever got back to me. Too late, Enterprise has burned a terrible experience in my mind.
