“I will definitely be returning if something else happens with my phone. The person I previously took my phone to used SUPER GLUE and CHEAP GLASS to fix my phone. The employees here took their time to make sure all the glue was off my phone before replacing the glass. I appreciate their quality of service and their persistence to make sure my phone was as good as new. I highly recommend this company.”
“They have saved my tail multiple times now. I've taken my cell phone to them each time I've broken the screen (which happens a lot) and have always been pleased. These guys are not only the cheapest in town, but they fix your equipment quickly! I've never been without my phone for more than a couple hours and usually it's fixed while I wait. They know everything when it comes to phones and will always give out free advice when I have a question about upgrades, products, etc. I wish these guys did more than cell phones/computers because I love doing business with them. “The first tech that was sent out 05/30/24 didn't have a ladder that was tall enough to reach the second floor. Perhaps the service request should have an option on it as to how many stories tall a house is, or whoever writes up the service call should look at google maps elevations to see what the tech would be up against. That way you won't make unnecessary trips, that are costly on both peoples part, the customer and you. That being said Adrian was wonderful, very helpful, and explained what had happened and what he did to fix the problem. So I give five stars to Adrian and three stars to the service writer and Benito because Benito failed to mention that an extension ladder was necessary.”
